On New Year's Day, it suddenly snowed, and the hotel's parking lot is outdoors. I figured my car would be buried under snow, potentially affecting our plans, so I promptly got up to clear it off. When I arrived at the parking lot around 7 AM, I was surprised to see Atour staff already clearing snow from the parking lot and even off car windshields. I asked one of the staff members, and they said they were worried about guests' travel plans and knew guests might not have the tools to clear the snow themselves, so they decided to take care of it. Seeing rows of perfectly cleaned windshields in the cold winter made me feel incredibly warm.

The supermarket owner next door was also extremely kind; they had a wide variety of drinks, and other items were priced the same as in city supermarkets – very reasonable! Highly recommended!
