非常愉快的一次入住，酒店位置好就在江邊，能看到江景。房間乾淨衞生整潔，馬桶智能的，所有服務人員態度都十分好賓至如歸的感覺，早餐也十分豐盛，晚上，這個保安小哥哥還把車幫忙給洗了，真是太感動了，推薦大家選擇這家酒店，絕對讓你不虛此行。

酒店位置很好，就在富春江邊，早晨和晚上都可以漫步江邊，悠然自在在美景中徜徉！入住過無數次各種星級酒店，這家酒店的服務應該是我記憶中最好的一次！因為帶兩位長者出遊，我儘量選擇評分高的優質酒店入住，擔心長者不熟悉酒店的設施，每次我都會檢查服務設施，並教會她們使用方法。屬於邊學邊教。在這家酒店，我享受到了從未有過的輕鬆！前台的美女接待從我遞上身份證辦理入住的一刻開始，安排茶水、熱毛巾，親自陪同長者家進房間，把我期待的服務介紹認真的演示了一遍！隨後，酒店給每位長者一碗銀耳湯洗卻旅途的勞累！得知我們自駕遠道而來，這位美女經理建議我們把車停到車庫，晚上幫我們把愛車進行外部清洗。第二天，我們離開的時候，看到愛車洗的乾乾淨淨，感動和幸福油然而生！因為旅途東西多，我把給我洗車的那位保安留的祝福字條弄丟了，很是遺憾！接待我們的美女經理叫宋怡琳，這種把客人當親人的服務，讓我和我的長輩都盛讚不已！最美的桐廬，因為你們，更美！

具有富春江景的套房非常寬敞，裝潢也比較新，配有1.8米的大床，金可兒的床墊很舒適助眠。房間內的中央藍牙音響是個亮點，連接操作方便，可以時時播放自己喜歡的音樂。浴室配有大浴缸，酒店還貼心地準備了浴缸套和泡澡球。休假的精髓就在於什麼也不做什麼也不想的放空休息，酣甜的午睡後醒來意外看到窗外日落的美景，沒有比這更美好的了。早餐品 種雖多，但口味一般，最喜歡的是湯年糕和小餛飩，真雞湯湯底。最後特別提一下，前台小郎小姐姐的服務非常周到，態度也甜美客氣，加分！
