"A female traveler was there, and the front desk staff were incredibly professional, immediately addressing any customer needs, such as providing free umbrellas in case of rain. Their response time was exceptionally fast; they were the most professional I've experienced at any Atour hotel. They were more like a butler than a front desk staff member – a huge thumbs up! Because it was the off-season, they proactively upgraded my room and helped me choose the best view of the river. Throughout the entire process, they were very attentive, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend staying at Atour hotels!!"

"This place offers incredible value for money! It's super close to the entrance of Heartbeat Park, and the room was really clean and tidy. The owner was also very welcoming. My only suggestion would be to remove the wooden incense sticks from the room. At first, I thought there was a smoke smell, and even after opening the window for ages, it wouldn't go away. Then I found one of those sticks, and after I threw it in the bathroom, it was much better – quite a misunderstanding!"

"The current Junlan Tonglu Hotel, formerly the iconic Red House of Tonglu, boasts a superb location and the most beautiful Fuchun River views. It was the place that left me with stunning memories during my first trip to Tonglu, about 20 years ago. This time, I revisited with my wife and daughter, reliving old memories and creating new, wonderful experiences. The hotel has been renovated, with higher standard facilities. Our assigned butler was a kind and attentive young lady who provided meticulous care from check-in to check-out. The welcome package included drinks and snacks, and these were replenished daily. Breakfast was very rich, and there was also a little extra perk – a 'blind box' surprise you'll have to discover for yourself! The beautiful riverside pool had excellent water quality. Our three-day, two-night trip to Tonglu was perfectly completed thanks to choosing Junlan Tonglu Hotel! I look forward to coming back again!"

The front desk service was attentive and warm; they even upgraded our room type. The breakfast was rich and delicious. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for a stroll along the riverside. The check-in experience was great, and it offers good value for money. It deserves five stars, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Tonglu."

"I've never spent 2500 yuan on such a terrible hotel (we booked a two-bedroom room). It's worse than a 500-yuan-a-night hotel. Even the shower caps were the cheapest, thinnest kind. I don't understand why such an expensive hotel couldn't afford such basic toiletries. We ordered a disposable bath bag from the hotel, and it was a very thin one. The worst part was that while soaking in it, it smelled like urine! I don't know if it was coming from the toilet or if they hadn't cleaned properly and there were urine stains on the walls or floor. Anyway, it smelled awful. The bedside light switch wasn't aligned with the indicator light; we had to press randomly to turn it off. The curtain switch was also broken; we had to manually pull the curtain to turn it on and off. For such an expensive room, they didn't even provide a laundry bag. All the amenities in the room were the most basic, definitely not worth over 1000 yuan a room. In short, it was terrible and rubbish."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The experience in the Grand Lake View Suite was superb, and the scenery was amazing! The room was spacious and airy, and the lake view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The environment was peaceful and restorative. Special thanks to the two ladies at the front desk, Ellia (I think that's how you spell it...) and Jane. Their service was warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and they were patient and thoughtful throughout our stay, making for a truly relaxing vacation. The cleaning staff were also very kind, and we even received a cute little bear with the turndown service. We will definitely come back again!"

"The hotel is really quiet in a busy city, on top of a small hill, but very close to their town. I like the decoration style here. The front desk service is also excellent. Thumbs up. There is also a swimming pool on the underground first floor. I sat and drank coffee and watched the children swimming. It was very comfortable. I have already had a few sisters come to check in next time."

"Room Type: I booked a family room, which was very spacious. Both rooms had ensuite bathrooms, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept very peacefully. There was no smell of paint or renovations as mentioned in other reviews. Transportation: I drove there and parked in front of the supermarket next door, a one-minute walk from the hotel. Just tell the front desk, and parking is free."

I hope the service can follow up."
