All the staff members we encountered were incredibly warm and friendly, and we had pleasant interactions with them. Our room was spacious, and the bedding was comfortable and clean. The facilities were comprehensive. Breakfast was a lavish spread. Overall, a great experience."

"The professional photography service was excellent; the photos turned out beautifully. The complimentary fruit was very fresh. This is my third time staying at a Sun Park hotel, and it's consistently good. This particular one isn't humid, which made for a very comfortable stay. The resort grounds are spacious and peaceful. The cave-themed coffee shop is quite mysterious. Breakfast offers a wide variety, and the Chinese baby meals are perfect. It's also conveniently located near many attractions."

"The location is great, with plenty of convenient dining options within walking distance. The front desk staff upgraded me to an executive room, which had a slight river view. It's just a short walk across the street to the riverside, and the environment is lovely. The hygiene was also good. The only minor issue was that the shower water pressure was a bit low, with a weak stream. Everything else was very satisfactory."

"This boutique hotel truly deserves every excellent review it has received. It is conveniently located very close to OMG and exceeded all of our expectations. The hotel was spotlessly clean—honestly even cleaner and better organized than a four-star hotel we stayed at in Shanghai. Every corner of the property was well maintained, making our stay very comfortable. What really makes this hotel exceptional is Mr. Jiang. He is one of the kindest and most helpful hotel staff members I have ever met. He went above and beyond to assist us with booking theme park tickets, explaining the entry procedures, and making both our check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. When he learned that we are a Muslim family with halal dietary requirements, he generously allowed us to use the hotel’s kitchen to warm up our food, which meant a lot to us. His kindness, hospitality, and unlimited generosity made our stay truly memorable. Thank you, Mr. Jiang, for everything. We will always remember your exceptional service and hope to visit again in the future."

"This was my first time visiting Tonglu, and I booked this hotel for a family trip with my kids and friends without much research. To my surprise, it was exceptionally good! The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping, and all the attractions are easily accessible. My only regret is that it rained for three consecutive days. However, the excellent hotel experience, from the soundproofing, breakfast, and service to the parking, made up for it. I'm very satisfied and will definitely choose this place again next time I visit."

"Travel Photoshoot: This time, even before checking in, I pre-booked a travel photoshoot. My little boy had 4-5 outfits to choose from, and the whole service process was very smooth. The photographer captured some really adorable shots of my child, and the final photos turned out amazing! Facilities: We could get a footstool and small chairs for our child from the front desk. Deliveries were handled by robots, which was very convenient. Hygiene: The hygiene was good; the room was cleaned thoroughly during our two-day stay. Environment: It was relatively quiet, and there weren't many cars on the street at night. Service: The service was thoughtful!"

"My friend and I checked into a hotel around 11:00 PM, having booked three nights on Ctrip. The receptionist for the first night, a short-haired woman, was completely indifferent. She told me to go to the self-service check-in machine with my ID card, but the response was very slow. She then asked me to state my name to see if there was a check-in notification. After checking in, she told me to wait for the self-service check-in. She didn't tell us that the room was only open for one night and that I needed to go back to the front desk the next day to get the remaining two nights' check-in. As a result, we couldn't access the room by swiping our cards. After running back to the front desk, another receptionist explained that they had extended the room to two nights. The second incident happened: On the night of check-in, my friend and I dropped off our luggage, went out for a late-night snack, and then returned to the hotel to shower. It was past 1:00 AM. My friend waited for more than ten minutes for the shower, but the water was always cold. The temperature was between 29 and 30 degrees Celsius. Even in summer, it was freezing cold, making it impossible to shower. I called the front desk, and the receptionist asked, ”Why are you showering at this time?” She then said, ”I'll give you another single room so you can go and shower.” I asked her what about the remaining two nights, and she continued, ”How many nights did you book?” I find it kind of funny. You didn't even check my messages when I checked in late at night, did you? Finally, you told me to have a technician come fix it tomorrow. At noon the next day, another lady (I don't know which department she was from) came to ask about the shower water temperature. My friend said the water was too cold to shower, so she responded with a sharp question: ”It was working fine for everyone who had stayed before, so why did it break down after you stayed?” This hotel's service really leaves me with a huge question mark. The only good thing was the guy who came to fix the water heater and check the water temperature. After repeated checks, he realized it was indeed a malfunction in the hotel's equipment, causing the low water temperature in our row of rooms. After repeated adjustments, he sent someone to fix it at 7 PM. Tonglu is a small county, and tourists only visit during holidays and summer vacations. At nearly 400 yuan a night, this hotel isn't cheap. I'm not asking for any other soft services, just focus on the hardware and the regular front desk staff. P.S. The other two long-haired front desk ladies were quite friendly."

"The stay experience is very good! The boss and the proprietress were very enthusiastic, contacted in advance to inform the route, and helped carry the luggage after arriving. The room was very warmly furnished, the sanitation was spotless, and the bedding was very comfortable. The hotel is beautifully situated on the Fuchun River, nestled by mountains and water. Opening the window reveals stunning river views and distant mountains, offering a wide and open panorama. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The family-friendly facilities were thoughtfully designed, featuring an indoor heated pool, a children's splash pool, and a small kids' play area – our child didn't want to leave! The breakfast selection was rich and varied, including local Tonglu specialties. We especially want to commend our butler, Lingli, for her meticulous and thoughtful service. Upon check-in, we received fresh fruit, and when we checked out, she even prepared a small souvenir gift for us to take home, which our child absolutely adored. This was a fantastic family vacation experience, highly recommended!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, with a riverside view. I booked a standard room, and the hotel upgraded me to a higher floor and provided complimentary breakfast, which was very thoughtful. The river view room also offered a great view, with the Fuchun River stretching out before me. The distant mountains, dark and picturesque, complemented the calm river waters beautifully. However, the hotel windows need cleaning, as there were many stains on the outer panes, which affected the view. Overall, it was still very good. The hotel decor is grand, with a strong Portuguese-Macanese style. The facilities are showing signs of age and need maintenance soon, otherwise, they won't match the overall high-end aesthetic. The overall value for money is quite high, I recommend staying here!"
