The only good thing was the guy who came to fix the water heater and check the water temperature. After repeated checks, he realized it was indeed a malfunction in the hotel's equipment, causing the low water temperature in our row of rooms. After repeated adjustments, he sent someone to fix it at 7 PM. Tonglu is a small county, and tourists only visit during holidays and summer vacations. At nearly 400 yuan a night, this hotel isn't cheap. I'm not asking for any other soft services, just focus on the hardware and the regular front desk staff. P.S.
