"It took us 3.5 hours to drive from Shanghai to Conrad Tonglu. The hotel is built into the mountains, surrounded by a lake on three sides, offering a comfortable and elegant environment. The concierge and front desk staff were all very polite. Our butler, Joyce, was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous; she even sent a cake when she found out it was my wife's birthday. We truly felt at home. The room was super spacious, clean, comfortable, and had an expansive view. We enjoyed the blue sky, white clouds, lake scenery, and even some stars at night! As a low-density hotel, it never felt crowded, and the experience was excellent. Both breakfast and afternoon tea were of excellent quality. We were very happy with both the indoor and outdoor pools. We definitely want to bring our family back to stay here again."

"The Senbo Grandma's Home resort is nestled amidst lush green mountains and rivers, spanning a vast area. Getting around primarily relies on shuttle buses, making it ideal for family vacations. We booked a duplex starlight room, a family room, and a treehouse king room. Overall, the starlight room offered the best experience. The treehouse room we stayed in last had a bit of a musty smell, and late at night, we discovered the bathroom air conditioner was leaking, and it made a creaking noise while cooling. However, the hotel staff responded quickly, and someone promptly arrived with a box and towels to deal with the leak, and they also said they'd call a technician for repairs. The kids had so much fun they didn't want to leave. When we checked out, the butler even gave them a small gift, which made them very happy. Due to time constraints, we also visited the nearby Heartbeat Park and the newly opened water park. We didn't get a chance to explore many parts of Grandma's Home, which is a bit of a shame."

"Our river-view room offered a stunning panorama, perfectly capturing the essence of Fuchun Mountain. The riverside path stretches for several kilometers, making for a lovely post-dinner stroll. We spent an entire afternoon mesmerized by the river views from our sofa, sipping tea and watching the boats go by – it never got old. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive and thoughtfully designed, with a charming European-style decor. On our first night, the mattress felt a bit too soft, but the front desk promptly sent someone to flip it to the firmer side, ensuring a comfortable second night's sleep. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning turned off at midnight. A fantastic bonus is the food street conveniently located near the hotel."

Directly across from the hotel is the scenic Fuchun River pedestrian street. Our suite was fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, and a dining counter. It features two separate rooms, with the master bedroom offering an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. It's incredibly comfortable and perfectly suited for a family stay."

"The hotel's location is excellent; it's about a five-minute drive straight from the Tonglu highway exit. The front desk service was great; they even offered to add me on WeChat so I could contact them anytime if I needed anything. The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good, and in the evening, they even offered white fungus stewed with red dates at the front desk. Thumbs up to the hotel! 👍"

"A landmark building in Tonglu! The room was super spacious, and the bathroom was so big you could literally spin around in it – not cramped at all. The water pressure was excellent, making for a really comfortable shower. Front desk staffer Xiao Ji provided exceptional service, always ready to help with any request. The hotel pool is also quite large and very pleasant to swim in; the lifeguard constantly watched the kids, which made us feel very secure. Breakfast options were average but sufficient, and the fruit was fresh and plentiful. Service was responsive, and check-out was quick. I'll definitely book here again next time; the suite was fantastic!"

"The hotel is very close to the ancient city of Yanzhou, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to it at most.
It is nice to take a walk along the river after dinner, and you can also watch performances in the ancient city.
Facilities: I booked a parent-child LOFT room. There is a 1.8M large bed on each floor, two bathrooms, and a small tent and toys for children upstairs, which is also very considerate.
The overall feeling is that the room is relatively large, which is just right for our family of three. There are chairs and tables outside the room, which is very friendly to men who smoke.
Breakfast is on the M floor (B1 floor), and the category is not particularly rich. It would be more perfect if there were more varieties. At the same time, there is a swimming pool and a small playground for children to play on this floor, as well as a children's reading area. At the same time, the hotel also provided us with a welcome meal, which can be used for dinner or lunch during the stay.
Overall, I am quite satisfied with this hotel. The check-in experience is also good"

"The hotel is newly opened, and I booked a river view room. The 21st floor offers a fantastic view, and the room itself is very clean and hygienic. What's most unique is the separate design for the toilet and washing area, which is very thoughtful.
The breakfast was abundant and excellent. I particularly enjoyed the Tonglu rice cakes, roujiamo (meat burger), and roasted sweet potatoes. It's better than the food at other hotels I've stayed in.
The most satisfying aspect was the hotel's service. The front desk ladies were all wonderful and attractive. On the day of check-in, a butler even added me on WeChat for service. I had two children with me, one older and one younger, and the front desk lady kindly offered free breakfast for the older child. Every day, we received a generous supply of fruits and snacks.
Having stayed at so many hotels, this is the only one I genuinely recommend and have taken the time to write a review for.
Minor drawback: Currently, there are no charging spaces for electric vehicles, so EV owners need to charge their cars elsewhere."

"The hotel room was really stuffy this season, and there was no AC. They said it wasn't on yet, but it felt more like they were trying to save money by not running the cold air. They did provide a fan, but seriously, isn't that a bit ridiculous?
The buffet selection was standard, but they were very slow and unenthusiastic about refilling dishes."

"The hotel is in the city center. Sun Li, the front desk staff, has a very good service attitude and sent a children's breakfast. The room is good and there is an open-air movie in the evening. The breakfast is rich and varied. There are many restaurants around and the transportation is convenient. It is about 15 minutes drive from Daqishan National Forest Park."
