"Facilities: Although it's an older hotel, I think the facilities are very well-maintained. Hygiene: The hygiene is quite good overall. It's inevitable to have some bugs when staying in the mountains, but the room was well-equipped with mosquito repellent. Environment: The environment is outstanding. The entire hotel area is very large, nestled by mountains and water, enjoying an entire lake view exclusively. The view from the full lake view king room is superb, and the huge balcony is perfect for photos with excellent privacy. Service: The service is particularly noteworthy. We arrived after 9 PM, and everyone from the front desk to the concierge greeted us warmly, even adding us on WeChat to stay in touch. The entire complex is quite large, so we mainly relied on shuttle buses for getting around. The timeliness of pickups and drop-offs, as well as the service attitude, deserve high praise! Miss Joyce was always online, providing service and assistance. She has a kind attitude and is a lovely person! I will definitely choose Conrad again next time I visit Tonglu. 💜"

"The Senbo Grandma's Home resort is nestled amidst lush green mountains and rivers, spanning a vast area. Getting around primarily relies on shuttle buses, making it ideal for family vacations. We booked a duplex starlight room, a family room, and a treehouse king room. Overall, the starlight room offered the best experience. The treehouse room we stayed in last had a bit of a musty smell, and late at night, we discovered the bathroom air conditioner was leaking, and it made a creaking noise while cooling. However, the hotel staff responded quickly, and someone promptly arrived with a box and towels to deal with the leak, and they also said they'd call a technician for repairs. The kids had so much fun they didn't want to leave. When we checked out, the butler even gave them a small gift, which made them very happy. Due to time constraints, we also visited the nearby Heartbeat Park and the newly opened water park. We didn't get a chance to explore many parts of Grandma's Home, which is a bit of a shame."

"Our river-view room offered a stunning panorama, perfectly capturing the essence of Fuchun Mountain. The riverside path stretches for several kilometers, making for a lovely post-dinner stroll. We spent an entire afternoon mesmerized by the river views from our sofa, sipping tea and watching the boats go by – it never got old. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive and thoughtfully designed, with a charming European-style decor. On our first night, the mattress felt a bit too soft, but the front desk promptly sent someone to flip it to the firmer side, ensuring a comfortable second night's sleep. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning turned off at midnight. A fantastic bonus is the food street conveniently located near the hotel."

"This hotel boasts a superb location with excellent surrounding amenities. It's been renovated, the carpets are soft to the touch, the breakfast is plentiful, and they even serve heartwarming late-night porridge. The service is truly outstanding; kudos to the front desk staff, manager Xiao Cai, and the housekeeping staff for their hospitality!"

"The hotel service was excellent! They proactively upgraded us to a two-bedroom suite, which was incredibly comfortable and fully equipped with a living room, dining area, kitchen, and laundry facilities. The view of the Fuchun River from the window was unobstructed, and it was super convenient being close to a commercial area with plenty of dining options. It would be even better if the facilities were smarter. Overall, I'm very satisfied."

"A landmark building in Tonglu! The room was super spacious, and the bathroom was so big you could literally spin around in it – not cramped at all. The water pressure was excellent, making for a really comfortable shower. Front desk staffer Xiao Ji provided exceptional service, always ready to help with any request. The hotel pool is also quite large and very pleasant to swim in; the lifeguard constantly watched the kids, which made us feel very secure. Breakfast options were average but sufficient, and the fruit was fresh and plentiful. Service was responsive, and check-out was quick. I'll definitely book here again next time; the suite was fantastic!"

"The hotel uses black and dark grey colour theme for their lift lobby and corridors. It’s very dim and quite scary to walk through the corridor at 10 plus at night. I used flash light , hence My photos could not capture the real ‘dimness’ and eerie atmosphere. Luckily the room is well lit, and bed is clean. Telephone is slightly dirty. Breakfast is average"

"The hotel is very close to the ancient city of Yanzhou, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to it at most. It is nice to take a walk along the river after dinner, and you can also watch performances in the ancient city. Facilities: I booked a parent-child LOFT room. There is a 1.8M large bed on each floor, two bathrooms, and a small tent and toys for children upstairs, which is also very considerate. The overall feeling is that the room is relatively large, which is just right for our family of three. There are chairs and tables outside the room, which is very friendly to men who smoke. Breakfast is on the M floor (B1 floor), and the category is not particularly rich. It would be more perfect if there were more varieties. At the same time, there is a swimming pool and a small playground for children to play on this floor, as well as a children's reading area. At the same time, the hotel also provided us with a welcome meal, which can be used for dinner or lunch during the stay. Overall, I am quite satisfied with this hotel. The check-in experience is also good"

They escorted us all the way to our room and even provided a welcome gift. **Facilities:** Since the hotel is brand new, all the designs are very well-thought-out and practical, making everything super convenient. I particularly liked the bathroom design, where the toilet and shower are separate, and there's even a retractable clothesline. **Hygiene:** The hotel was spotless and well-maintained. **Service:** The service was excellent. Any requests were handled promptly, and they even delivered snacks on the second day. When we checked out, they gave us a traditional intangible cultural heritage paper-cut as a parting gift. **Breakfast:** The hotel's breakfast is highly recommended. It's on par with what you'd find at SPG, Hilton, or InterContinental. Tonglu Hotel's breakfast truly stands out with its local specialties. The presentation was exquisite and thoughtful, and dishes were replenished quickly. They had unique items like 'dongfen' (jelly noodles) and brown sugar eggs, and the offerings were different each of the two days we stayed. **Parking:** The concierge service could use some improvement, specifically regarding the parking guidance upon arrival and the vehicle license plate registration upon departure. These aspects could be enhanced."

"On our way to Tonglu Heartbeat Park, we found the Yuefeng Jiajing Hotel, and it was a pleasant surprise—the hotel was tranquil, elegant, and comfortable, and not crowded, perhaps because it's the off-season! The staff member, Ms. Jiang, was incredibly attentive, asking about our preferences and guiding us beforehand… Even after check-in, they made sure to arrange our breakfast for the next day, taking into consideration our preferences! Next time we're in Tonglu, this hotel will be our first choice! Thank you! 🤝🤝"
