Tonglu Hotels with Gym

The room was spacious and very clean, easily accommodating three people without feeling cramped. It also had a large bathtub and a great projector. Downstairs, there's a big lawn, perfect for dogs to run around. Since it was winter, we didn't use the pool. Upstairs from the restaurant, you can play mahjong and billiards, so the entertainment facilities are quite comprehensive. Before we left, they even prepared a souvenir for us. The sweet potatoes at breakfast were delicious, and when I asked the owner if I could buy some, she gave me a whole bag for free – we're very grateful!

I really chose this homestay with my children out to play! The environment is quiet and comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, the layout is warm, the daily necessities are complete, and the living is particularly safe. The key point must be to praise the boss, the people are super kind and enthusiastic, especially take care of the family with the baby, and are on call if necessary. They also intimately recommend places and local food suitable for children to play. Be sincere and easy-going, get along with people is particularly comfortable, just like family. The overall experience is full, the price is very high, the travel is also convenient, the children live very happily, the next trip will give priority to this, I really recommend it to all my mothers!

The hotel is newly opened, and I booked a river view room. The 21st floor offers a fantastic view, and the room itself is very clean and hygienic. What's most unique is the separate design for the toilet and washing area, which is very thoughtful. The breakfast was abundant and excellent. I particularly enjoyed the Tonglu rice cakes, roujiamo (meat burger), and roasted sweet potatoes. It's better than the food at other hotels I've stayed in. The most satisfying aspect was the hotel's service. The front desk ladies were all wonderful and attractive. On the day of check-in, a butler even added me on WeChat for service. I had two children with me, one older and one younger, and the front desk lady kindly offered free breakfast for the older child. Every day, we received a generous supply of fruits and snacks. Having stayed at so many hotels, this is the only one I genuinely recommend and have taken the time to write a review for. Minor drawback: Currently, there are no charging spaces for electric vehicles, so EV owners need to charge their cars elsewhere.

The room was spacious with a high floor and great views! It shares a business building with All Seasons Hotel, and seems to be the latest version of Orange Crystal Hotel, which I've always loved the vibe of. Despite the huge crowds during Chinese New Year, I could still feel the dedication in their service. After checking in, I called the front desk to ask for an extra blanket. They probably couldn't provide one at the time as the hotel was almost fully booked, so I had given up. However, when I returned after dinner, I found the blanket had been delivered to my room. This shows that the front desk noted my request and tried their best to fulfill a reasonable customer request whenever possible, instead of just brushing me off. This kind of thoughtful service is truly noticeable and appreciated. Many thanks to the front desk lady that day!

Facilities: Although it's an older hotel, I think the facilities are very well-maintained. Hygiene: The hygiene is quite good overall. It's inevitable to have some bugs when staying in the mountains, but the room was well-equipped with mosquito repellent. Environment: The environment is outstanding. The entire hotel area is very large, nestled by mountains and water, enjoying an entire lake view exclusively. The view from the full lake view king room is superb, and the huge balcony is perfect for photos with excellent privacy. Service: The service is particularly noteworthy. We arrived after 9 PM, and everyone from the front desk to the concierge greeted us warmly, even adding us on WeChat to stay in touch. The entire complex is quite large, so we mainly relied on shuttle buses for getting around. The timeliness of pickups and drop-offs, as well as the service attitude, deserve high praise! Miss Joyce was always online, providing service and assistance. She has a kind attitude and is a lovely person! I will definitely choose Conrad again next time I visit Tonglu. 💜

Very satisfied! The lobby immediately gave off a warm and cozy vibe upon entering, and the central staircase was really well-designed, acting as both decor and a subtle partition. It hid the self-service coffee, and if I hadn't been curious enough to try a cup, I might not have almost seen the sunrise! The hallways and rooms were super quiet. I stayed for two nights and didn't hear any annoying noise. I guess the location is great, and the guests are all very considerate. 🥰 The staff were also very friendly, and all my requests were met beautifully~

Staying in a B&B like this at this price is a steal! I had low expectations, but was completely pleasantly surprised! The room was even more spacious and brighter than the pictures showed, impeccably clean, and odor-free. Basic amenities (air conditioning, hot water, WiFi) all worked perfectly, and the housekeeper was incredibly quick to respond to messages and provided clear check-in instructions. The location is right at the entrance to the scenic area. While not in the city center, transportation is convenient, taxis to attractions are affordable and easy, and the surrounding area is filled with vibrant local life. For travelers seeking clean, comfortable, and affordable accommodations, this is a fantastic choice! Excellent value, highly recommended!

The weather has been very good recently. I took advantage of the end of the holiday to bring my family to Tonglu. The hotel environment is great with mountains and water, and the view from the room is also top-notch. The hotel's public area is very large, occupying a hilltop. The children had a lot of fun playing on the lawn. There are also cafes, gyms and swimming pools so they won't be bored. The next day I went to OMG Heartbeat Park, which is not far from the hotel by car for about 20 minutes. I recommend it.

On our way to Tonglu Heartbeat Park, we found the Yuefeng Jiajing Hotel, and it was a pleasant surprise—the hotel was tranquil, elegant, and comfortable, and not crowded, perhaps because it's the off-season! The staff member, Ms. Jiang, was incredibly attentive, asking about our preferences and guiding us beforehand… Even after check-in, they made sure to arrange our breakfast for the next day, taking into consideration our preferences! Next time we're in Tonglu, this hotel will be our first choice! Thank you! 🤝🤝

We had a fantastic stay at the big house at Nine Cloud Homestead Resort, traveling with 6 adults and 4 children. The house is beautifully located at the foot of the mountain, with a huge garden full of lovely trees and flowers, making it peaceful and perfect for families. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent — special thanks to our dedicated housekeeper Aline, who was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The shuttle service between the hall and the house was very convenient, and guests can enjoy many free amenities including the swimming pool, gym, table tennis, and badminton courts. A wonderful, relaxing stay — highly recommended for families and groups!
