5-Star Hotels in Tonglu

I arrived at 10 PM, and there was only one person at the front desk. Since I was with my child, I requested a non-smoking room. However, upon entering, I found an ashtray and matches. The toilet paper in the bathroom, as you can see in the picture, was half-used from the previous guest. That's not the main issue, though. The problem is that this half-used roll of toilet paper had been severely wet, then folded into a triangle shape and air-dried, presumably to be used again by new guests. After calling the front desk twice, I finally received a new roll of toilet paper. The experience was terrible. Other facilities were acceptable, but the service definitely doesn't meet five-star standards.

On our way to Tonglu Heartbeat Park, we found the Yuefeng Jiajing Hotel, and it was a pleasant surprise—the hotel was tranquil, elegant, and comfortable, and not crowded, perhaps because it's the off-season! The staff member, Ms. Jiang, was incredibly attentive, asking about our preferences and guiding us beforehand… Even after check-in, they made sure to arrange our breakfast for the next day, taking into consideration our preferences! Next time we're in Tonglu, this hotel will be our first choice! Thank you! 🤝🤝

The hotel is located on the banks of the Fuchun River. Our river view room is really invincible. Sitting by the window, lying on the bed, you can enjoy the beauty of the Fuchun River, and the mountains on the other side. In addition, it has been raining recently, and the clouds and mist are winding in the mountains. It is like a pair of ink and smoke in the south of the Yangtze River. After breakfast or in the evening, you can walk to the riverside for a walk, very pleasant! The rabbits fed by the hotel are very cute and attract a lot of children. The room is open, the butler service is also very good, the hotel is also equipped with a lot of entertainment facilities, but unfortunately we didn't have time to play. It is suitable for leisure and slow life.

We had a fantastic stay at the big house at Nine Cloud Homestead Resort, traveling with 6 adults and 4 children. The house is beautifully located at the foot of the mountain, with a huge garden full of lovely trees and flowers, making it peaceful and perfect for families. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent — special thanks to our dedicated housekeeper Aline, who was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The shuttle service between the hall and the house was very convenient, and guests can enjoy many free amenities including the swimming pool, gym, table tennis, and badminton courts. A wonderful, relaxing stay — highly recommended for families and groups!

The hotel is in the city center. Sun Li, the front desk staff, has a very good service attitude and sent a children's breakfast. The room is good and there is an open-air movie in the evening. The breakfast is rich and varied. There are many restaurants around and the transportation is convenient. It is about 15 minutes drive from Daqishan National Forest Park.
