SSnowy雪山The hotel uses black and dark grey colour theme for their lift lobby and corridors. It’s very dim and quite scary to walk through the corridor at 10 plus at night. I used flash light , hence My photos could not capture the real ‘dimness’ and eerie atmosphere.
Luckily the room is well lit, and bed is clean.
Telephone is slightly dirty.
Breakfast is average

GGuest UserI arrived at 10 PM, and there was only one person at the front desk. Since I was with my child, I requested a non-smoking room. However, upon entering, I found an ashtray and matches.
The toilet paper in the bathroom, as you can see in the picture, was half-used from the previous guest. That's not the main issue, though. The problem is that this half-used roll of toilet paper had been severely wet, then folded into a triangle shape and air-dried, presumably to be used again by new guests.
After calling the front desk twice, I finally received a new roll of toilet paper. The experience was terrible.
Other facilities were acceptable, but the service definitely doesn't meet five-star standards.

Environment: The environment is quiet and elegant, the lighting is good, the decoration is simple and atmospheric, the quiet is quiet, and the rest quality is very high. After getting up in the morning, you can also go to the riverside plank road next to the hotel for a walk. The air is superb!
Service: The front desk is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is fast, the staff is friendly and patient, the service is meticulous and intimate, see that we are with the children, and also upgraded the family room for us for free to help us with our luggage.

The hotel is quite grand and the environment is also good.
For the deluxe room, I stayed on the 30th floor. The view was OK and the room was quite large. There was welcome fruit when I checked in.
The breakfast was disappointing. It felt average. There was no wonton that my mother liked.

Facilities: I didn’t expect to be able to experience the Silk Museum while staying in a hotel. Although the majong is small, it has a rich experience. It has parking lot, gym, children’s paradise, laundry room and other facilities. Service: I have to say that since someone opens the door for you before you enter, the meticulous service has never stopped. The staff sent us to the elevator. Environment: I have to mention that I had an exam the next day, so I didn’t plan to expect a comfortable sleep in the hotel, but! With such a convenient transportation location, you can find peace and tranquility in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It occupies a corner of a small hill and has the experience of being the king of the mountain. It is also surrounded by villa areas, and even the soundproofing of the rooms is so good! No noise at all! The floor-to-ceiling windows also provide great lighting!

GGuest UserI chose this place when I came to Tonglu for tourism. I arrived at noon on Monday. I asked the front desk in advance and they let me check in early. The fruits redeemed for points are dried longan and dried lychee. Late check-out until 2 pm
Ctrip members upgraded to a balcony room, where you can see the artificial lake from the balcony. The room is also large and has a bathtub.
The service is very good: earplugs, bathtub covers, and mosquito coils are all provided.
Transportation: It is very close to Daqishan and Tonglu Station by taxi.
Disadvantages: I had breakfast on weekdays, and there were few varieties. I saw other platforms selling breakfast coupons for 28 yuan, and the content should be imaginable.
