有一間房間窗邊漏水，石膏都掉下來了。房間隔音效果極差，隔壁房間、外面走廊和上下水管道聲音都很響，晚上隔壁房間打呼嚕也會被吵醒。沒有要求勿打擾的情況下竟然有一個房間沒有打掃，衹補了瓶裝水。
