The guy at the front desk is very handsome and the service is very thoughtful. He upgraded the room and gave us fruits when we checked in. The lobby environment is very unique. The overall hygiene is clean and tidy. I highly recommend visiting Wuzhen.

在烏鎮能能花277元住這麼好的酒店真是沒想到，因為是新開的，環境很好，有落地窗，小陽台，我們是四個人，住了一間房，兩張單人床都是1.5m的，一點不擠，早餐是有阿姨單獨給做，現做的，我們吃了好幾種，下次再來烏鎮，還會住這裏

Hotel staff is good. I like their uniform. Also the location is ok and very near to some attraction.
Walking distance like 1-2 km. Very near to a family mart which is good. Overall i like to stay here. The best of this hotel is that each room equip with smart voice command devices, i think works with mandarion only.
