Staying at the Zhenshui Hotel during your trip to Wuzhen is really a good choice!
The housekeeper Xiao Deng is very considerate. He added WeChat in advance. You can contact him to assist in the hotel and leave the hotel. He also gave travel suggestions + itinerary arrangements.
The room itself is very clean. You can greet the housekeeper in advance to help arrange a quieter area. Welcome fruit was sent. The hotel breakfast is also delicious. You can reach the core scenic area by crossing a bridge. You can come back to rest when you are tired. It is very convenient. The hotel is also very beautiful. 攜程上預訂房間在選項裏衹有雙床房和大床房等，希望能標註清楚是酒店還是民宿，東西兩個前台設施和裝修風格截然不同，進入東前台辦理入住以為是進錯了酒店，又小又不是酒店的樣子；但是服務還是不錯，從觀覽車站就有服務員接行李和指引路，並且幫助拿行李上二層房間；
早餐在西側餐廳就餐，餐食品種齊全、中西早餐都有；
房間設施略微老舊，蚊子🦟多，雖然有驅蚊劑提供還是被蚊子親近了幾下；
服務人員大都非常有禮貌，尤其是保潔人員，無論在哪裡遇見都會問好打招呼，特別是一位阿姨已經下班了，聽説我們要去西前台，特意帶領我們從西走到東，特別感謝她（衹是可惜沒有記住她的名字，5月8日下午）；但是東入口負責行李的接待台有位男士，看上去領班樣子的男生，對待我們的諮詢觀覽車和院內遊覽景點問題，表現不夠耐心，有效訊息基本沒有給到，與酒店的服務質量有差距，總之，此次入住體驗基本滿意，核心是酒店位置優越。

酒店工作人員寇穎的服務讓我們很感動，主動提前聯繫溝通，幫忙辦理入住和退房，幫我們搬行李去停車場接我們…全程跟進，熱情周到。還有男服務生小施（劉師衞），也一直拿着好幾件行李給我們送到停車場，再次對二位以及酒店的整體服務表示感謝！

靠近酒店內部路的房間玻璃隔音太差，一大早外面路上的喧鬧聲非常大，尤其是退房客人推着行李箱走動的聲音，非常影響睡眠
