The room is great 👍The swimming pool is a surprise 😍The dining is great 😋The housekeeper service is warm and thoughtful 👍The only flaw is that the hotel's on-site spa staff kept selling to the elderly guests, nagging them while massaging, with the aim of getting them to pay extra to upgrade the package. It was supposed to be a treat, but it became psychological counseling instead. It's really annoying. I suggest the hotel to rectify this. It could have been a full score 💯, but now it's discounted because of this spa service.
