算不上酒店，衞生裝修服務更像農家樂，房間衞生欠佳，地板樓梯一層灰，衞生間更是糟糕，浴室和馬桶之間竟然連個隔斷都沒有，地面還殘留着前客人的頭髮，洗澡洗到一半發現下水道堵了，水漫整個浴室，隨便沖一下就逃出來了。説是複式，其實就是上下加了一個隔斷，上層就一張床。掛式空調，上面熱死，下面冷死，一晚上沒怎麼睡好。服務基本不管不問，五星酒店的價格，連個早飯都沒有，需要自己到旁邊小店覓食。房間後面是烏鎮虹橋村，開窗就是農屋，隔音效果很差。房間裝修簡陋，燈光昏暗，無線網絡時有時無，洗漱用品一般，整個就是那種路邊一晚一兩百塊小旅店的感覺。坐落在烏鎮西柵附近民宿一條街，竟然是這樣的設施服務，真的非常失望。攜程也是大騙子，廣告圖片很漂亮，還置頂向我推薦這家，一直用攜程訂酒店訂車買門票，也算是攜程的老用户了，難道這就是所謂的殺熟？！相比之下，前一晚住在嘉興南湖希爾頓，同樣的價格，五星的服務和享受，是通過**預訂的，真是沒有對比就沒有傷害！一兩年內應該不會再用攜程，也不會再去住烏鎮所謂的精品民宿了。
