The receptionist provided suggestions for us to travel around wuzhen.the buffet is rich and excellent.walking to the entrance of west scenic town is not far but its freezing in nov.

Everything was good. But all the non-smoking rooms are with cigarette smell. The staff have try to help to change rooms for us but unfortunately all rooms is same. We have to choose the one with less smell. As an international brand , is pity that they don’t provide international socket or plug.

great hotel working distance to the water town. Ignore the rickshaw who try bring your to the watertown. you can walk there.

The hotel is conveniently located near the scenic areas of Wuzhen. The service provided by the staff are top notch and definitely made me feel very welcome. I am also happy that they had a laundry room for guests to wash their clothes without charge, and even provided detergent, softener and disinfectant for it. The rooms are clean and modern and the breakfast are great.

There is no air conditioning on a hot day (27 degrees in the room), so it was disappointing.

A good hotel with very friendly staff, close to West entrance of the water town.

Very good location, breakfast very good, room clean and comfortable

The hotel is situated around 7-10 mins walk from the Wuzhen Scenic West Gate. There are plenty of eateries around. The hotel is modern and clean, thus for those who are looking for a cleaner and comfortable place to stay instead of inside the old style scenic area, this is the place to be. However, there are two areas of improvements for the hotel. First being the variety of breakfast, it has a large spread but the items are the same if you are staying for 2 nights and having 2 consecutive breakfast. In addition, during the winter, the heater is turned on centrally thus guest unable to adjust the room temperature. At one point of the night, our room was as hot as 27.5 degrees Celsius even though the outside temperature is at zero degrees. Had to open the window to let some cool air in given that it became to hot and stuffy to sleep in.

Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. If you prefer non smoking room, can only be on ground floor. Room is good and better than the other Hamptons. Walking distance to attraction. Bfast is horrible though.

Hotel is quite a decent option outside the wuzhen scenic park ( just 8min walk), room is spacious and but fridge in room is not cold enough and somehow the room aircon was not functioning normal, turn on to cold mode but somehow was in warm mode, while the warm mode was the cold, which made our first night was suffering from sweat in the bed. Shower room has water stain as seen in photo, Factilies are good and have 3 sets washer and dryer available, breakfast place is good but food is normal, don't expect too much though. Front desk and hotline service is normal and couldn't feel much of their passion. But generally the hotel is a good option for staying in wuzhen if you are looking for chain brand and newer hotel.

The hotel is very nice and the room’s decoration is very nice. All the furniture is made by wood.

Stayed during the new year holiday but the experience is far below our expectation...especially the breakfast.
