I just happened to come to Wuzhen for a day on my birthday. It was a good choice to choose this place. The service is really the best in the hotels I have stayed in. It is very attentive. Our housekeeper Xiao Shen is very attentive and responsible. I don’t feel disturbed. He also booked boat tickets for us. At night, we can go directly from the hotel to Wuzhen Scenic Area. The night view is particularly beautiful. The breakfast is delivered to the room, which is also delicious. The room is very quiet and restful. I ate at the restaurant here at night. Because it was my birthday, I was given a small cake with small candles. It happened that I couldn’t order a cake. Overall, although the price is not cheap, it makes people feel that it is worth it. It is unique.

As a hotel lover who likes to go to the listed hotels in different cities for vacation, Yida Silk is one of my favorite hotels. After experiencing Yida's butler service, other hotels claiming to have private butler service are much inferior. After all, Yida has a small number of rooms and can guarantee the quality of service. The hotel is hidden deep in Wuzhen, extremely quiet, no one disturbs you when you are at ease, and the butler is always online when you need it. This is really comfortable for guests who like to be alone. The butler picks up outside the scenic area, the hotel's private dock and cruise ship, and check-in or check-out by boat during the off-season have all magnified my good impression of Wuzhen, and I am willing to come again and often. Come to Yida at different times to feel different beauty. When it rains, the small pond in the patio ripples. Sit at the door of the restaurant to listen to the rain and feel the beauty of the misty waves in the misty Jiangnan. On sunny days, the sun jumps on the eaves and corners, and projects on the blank walls through the carved windows. The light and shadow change at any time, and the slow time is embodied and realistic here. Yida itself is a painting, with rich colors and light and elegant simplicity, achieving harmony and balance. The colors, composition, layout, and layers are just right for harmony and unity. In this Chinese aesthetic painting, every step is a scene, and every guest becomes a person in the water town painting. I brought my mother to vacation during the Dragon Boat Festival. The housekeeper Xiao Liu met her at the parking lot. He responded quickly in the two days in between, answered all questions, and arranged all the scheduled items properly. After we left, he sent us to the car. I went to the cultural and creative gift shop at the door, and he also carried our boxes and waited patiently. Thanks to all the staff who provided services for us, including Xiao Liu. My mother was very happy during the Dragon Boat Festival, and the experience was as good as always. I hope Yida will get better and better, and I will come again~

Planning to travel to Wuzhen, I was still struggling with what hotel to stay in at first. Because I was going to stay for four days and three nights, I had high requirements for the hotel's environment and comfort. I accidentally saw that Yida Silk Industry had no negative reviews! With this zero negative review, combined with the pictures of the hotel environment, I finally decided to stay here. The day before check-in, the hotel called me to confirm the itinerary, and then added a friend for easy contact. On the day of check-in, I pulled a group, and Xiao Yu, the housekeeper who was responsible for receiving me, picked me up in the parking lot of the scenic spot in advance. Because I arrived late and missed the cruise time given by the hotel, I could only take a tour bus to the hotel. Check-in was very fast, and every staff member of the hotel was enthusiastic, haha, which made people feel very good for vacation. Originally, I wanted to experience the breakfast boat of Xizha Zaocha. When I learned that the hotel also had a breakfast boat, I chose the hotel without hesitation. I boarded the boat at the hotel's pier, and the breakfast was also very rich. Zongzi crispy yellow croaker noodles and so on were all delicious! The whole journey took about half an hour, and the starting and ending points were both the hotel piers, which was very convenient. If you want to take a boat to see the scenery at night, you can also contact the housekeeper to help call a boat, so that you can save time queuing when there are many tourists. It's really convenient! The hotel is a beautiful Hui-style building with black tiles and white walls. Every place is a scene. Even if you don't go to the scenic area, it's very pleasant to walk around the hotel. Check-out was very fast. I took the cruise ship provided by the hotel to leave the scenic area. The housekeeper helped me with my luggage and waited for me at the exit and sent me to the car. It was really considerate~ During the four days of stay, no matter what problems I had, the housekeeper Xiao Yu and other brothers and sisters (forgive me for not knowing their names) could reply to me and solve them as soon as possible. The supervisor, Miss Chen, was also very considerate to help me plan the itinerary, so that I could completely enjoy Wuzhen without thinking during these four days. Haha. Yida Silk Industry Hall is really the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in. I know that the zero negative reviews are well-deserved after staying there. We can feel the former commercial prosperity of Jiangnan in Wuzhen and the modern progress today. Perfect! We have stayed in many hotels around the world, and the design, details and service of Wuzhen Yida Private Hotel are all first-class. We must stay a few more days when we come to Wuzhen next time.
