My stay at Susona LXR Bodrum exceeded all expectations. This was a last minute booking without much research, but as a Diamond hilton member I just chose the best resort available from Hilton. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with top-notch service. Special mention goes to Berkan, who ensured our check-in and check-out process was seamless. He was extremely accommodating, offering assistance throughout our entire stay, which added a personal touch to the experience. Our dining experiences were equally impressive. Cennet, one of the staff members at the restaurant, was always helpful and pleasant, making every meal memorable. Aydin Bey, the head host at breakfast, stood out with his professionalism and kindness, ensuring we were well taken care of each morning. The food at Eezi restaurant was superb! It’s a pity that the Malva restaurant couldn’t accommodate us as all their dishes had alcohol otherwise we would have liked to try this restaurant. While our overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of small issues worth noting. The sliding door in our bathroom opened to an area with no protective barrier, which could have been dangerous as we were on the first floor. I’m sure this was just an oversight, but it’s something to be mindful of. Additionally, the pool and jacuzzi were quite cold, which was a bit disappointing. Despite these minor drawbacks, I had an amazing stay and would love to return to this beautiful resort. The level of service and care from the staff truly made our trip unforgettable!
