Beautiful resort, organized, clean, with modern facilities. Staff is very attentive and super efficient. Restaurants are nice and food is varied and generally good. Unfortunately, I felt very sick after eating something spoiled at the restaurant buffet. The quality control of the food should be therefore revised and improved. Staff’s fluency in English needs to be improved as well, because it falls far short of what is minimum necessary, and makes communication difficult for costumers.

It was an outstanding stay for me and my family. The stuff was so much helpful , the resort is wonderful, everyone was smiling there and trying their best to make us a pleasant stay, i have to mention bayza and enes that helped us so much as our assistant s. Definitely we will come back

Her detayın incelikle düşünüldüğü, tamamen konfor ve memnuniyet odaklı bir tatil geçirdik. Yemekler, kokteyller, tatlılar, çay ve kahveler, deniz ve hizmet kalitesi kusursuzdu. Standart bir odada konaklamamıza rağmen oldukça geniş ve konforlu bir odaydı. Her yer pırıl pırıl tertemizdi. Buklet banyo ürünleri kaliteliydi. Minibar oldukça yeterliydi. Zaten ne isteseniz anında karşılanan bir otel. Yatak geniş ve rahattı. Odamızın bahçesi ve hemen yanımızdaki nar ağacı çok hoştu. Hem doğayla iç içe hem de yüksek konforda konakladık. Özellikle asistanlarımız Beyza Hanım'a ve Enes Bey'e teşekkür ediyoruz, her isteğimizle anında ilgilendiler ve tatilimizin kusursuz geçtiğinden emin olmak için çalıştılar. Sanki tüm otel bizler için seferber olmuş gibiydiler. Çalışanların hepsi çok kibar, içten ve ilgililerdi. İnanılmaz güzel bir tatil geçirdik sayelerinde. Konfor ve kalitenin bir arada olduğu Türkiye'deki en iyi oteller arasında üst sıralarda yer alan bir otelde konaklamak isteyenlerin düşünmeden tercih edebileceği bir otel. Seneye görüşmek üzere...

İt was our first stay at Voyage Torba. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by an attentive staff. I would like to thank the entire hotel staff for their dedication and kindnes. A special thanks to Mr.Enes ,and Mrs Beyza our special assistants whose attention and care greatly contributed to making our experience even more enjoyable . (We were spoiled with a room upgrade from lagoon swim up to family lagoon swim up) Hotel is great for everyone, especially for families with small kids. Everything is so well organized, planned and they have thought of everything so you have the holiday of your life.Every part of the hotel is easily reachable.A special attention given to cleanliness ,rooms are cleaned very well , twice a day -extremely clean The various restaurants offer a wide range of delicious food, so there really is something for every taste. The service was absolutely outstanding especially in the a la carte ( well done mr.Ozgen Gocmen from Vista restaurant -amazing taste they created ) Also Carino restaurant was amazing. And the list can be continued endlessly… We had a great experience and would definitely go back

Otelden her zaman ki gibi çok memnunuz, tüm dekorasyon, nezih ortam,kaliteli hizmet, güleryüzlü personel ve candan samimi asistanlarıyla beraber harika bir tatil deneyimi yaşadık. Özellikle Orhan beye çok teşekkür ediyoruz destekleri için. Ek olarak Degusto’da Fruits bölümünde Mehmet bey’e samimiyeti ve ilgileri için ayrıca teşekkür ediyoruz. Sadece geçen seneye göre kokteyl çeşitliliğinin az olması bizi biraz üzdü ama onun dışında herşey harika idi. Ekstra yorum yapmak gerekirse akşam etkinlikleri için aile ortamına daha uygun içerikler ve canlı müzik performanslarının daha çok üzerinde durulur ise çok daha harika olacağını düşünüyorum.

Bebeğimizle ilk tatil deneyimimizde Lagoon odada konakladık. Otele giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren her şey son derece kolay ve ulaşılabilir oldu.
