5 in diesem neuen Familienhotel mit moderner Struktur, sehr einladenden Zimmern mit allem Komfort, den wir uns gewünscht haben, sehr kompetentem und aufmerksamem Rezeptionspersonal. Der Punkt, der nicht in der Nähe von bewohnten Zentren liegt, bietet eine wunderbare Ruhe zum Schlafen in der Nacht. Frühstück mit reichhaltigem und sehr gepflegtem Buffet. Die Abendessen waren alle zufriedenstellend (5 Abende) Vorspeisen, sehr gute Hauptgerichte, sehr gute Desserts, die einzige Sünde, die wir jeden Abend fanden, war, dass die ersten Gänge etwas geschmacklos und ohne Salz waren . Ansonsten auch sehr lustig und immer präsent. Wir werden wahrscheinlich nächstes Jahr wiederkommen. Grüße an Nathalie und Borana

This was one of the best holidays we have ever had. We travelled with our girls 9 and 6 and the hotel is perfect. We stayed for 2 weeks and really settled in that time and the staff were excellent. Shout out to Benjy who was great! Location: About a 10 minute walk into Torbole. It’s nice and quiet and we really enjoyed burning off the ice cream walking back. I never tired of the view of the mountains in the background and it is really special. Food: Everything is super fresh and they were really accommodating to the kids and nothing was too much trouble. Swimming Pool: it is heated so you do not get a shock as you enter. I was worried beforehand it looked slightly small but it is a great size. My girls got a float and would play in the pool for hours! Room: Really sleek and modern. The rooms are very soundproof and the quietest air conditioning I’ve ever experienced. Cleaned to a high standard and a lovely touch is a story printed every night to read to the kids. Staff: Everyone looked very happy to be there and this reflected that nothing was too much trouble. The reception were always available to discuss trips, deal with questions and on hand for anything. Overall a fantastic hotel and great base for the Lake.

Schade, dass das man nur bis 21:00 Uhr Abendessen kann. Bei ＞30 Grad isst man dann doch eher später, fast ein bisschen stressig wenn man erst um halb 9 kommt. Ist natürlich meckern auf hohem Niveau. Auch ein bisschen schade, dass man nicht im Garten oder auf den Freiflächen frühstücken kann wenn es so sonnig draußen ist :-)

Bellissimo nuovo family hotel 5 stelle. Situato in posizione strategica per passeggiate verso percorsi immersi nella natura e buona vista lago. Personale estremamente disponibile e cortese. Bene la ristorazione, materie prime di qualità. Camere molto ampie, pulite ed ordinate.

Zeer goed hotel. Vooral geschikt voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen. Als je kinderen al wat groter zijn en je maakt geen gebruik van de kinderopvang en je houdt van wat ambiance en sfeer in de avond is het hotel wat minder geschikt. Tussen 22.00-23.00 viel het hele hotel stil en leek iedereen te slapen. Eten is top! Ligging is mooi maar niet heel makkelijk gelegen tov meer. Er zijn elektrische fietsen beschikbaar maar wij hebben steeds de auto genomen. Parkeren beneden in Torbole was geen groot probleem.
