In general, the hotel was quite nice. Just if there were a hand shower head it would be perfect. Plus I would expect complimentary water.

This hotel was very easy to book through Titanium elite services. They made the process very easy and gave us a nice upgrade. They were very helpful with accommodating with the suite that offers a small full kitchen including dishwasher, silverware, microwave, regular size fridge, kitchen sink, coffee maker Lots of living room space and tv in living-room and bedroom. Easy for parking. They have space outside for large F250 trucks since a truck won’t fit in their covered parking.

My wife and I recently spent three nights at the TownPlace Suites hotel in Markham, Ontario. We booked the room with our Bonvoy points, so I can’t comment on price. Markham is a suburb about 15 miles north of Toronto. We picked this location since it was near relatives we were visiting. It’s located on a fairly busy highway with various commercial businesses nearby. There is a Chinese restaurant (QJD Peking Duck), which we did not visit, on the first floor. The thirteen-story building actually holds two Marriott properties: Courtyard by Marriott on floors 2 - 8 and TownPlace on floors 9 - 14. The registration desk serves both hotels. The lobby has several areas for socializing. There also is a Bistro/Bar area. Conference rooms, a business center and a spa are off to the side. A fitness center and indoor pool are on the lower level. Wifi is free. Surprisingly, parking is not. Signs say that it costs $6 Canadian per day to park in the attached multi-level garage, but we apparently were not charged. Check-in was courteous and efficient. You need your keycard to access the elevator. TIP: There is no 13th floor; the elevator buttons go from 12 to 14! We were assigned room 915. TIP: the room was almost across the hall from the ice machine and one wall of the room directly abutted the elevator bank. While the noise was neglible, you might want to keep this in mind if you’re a very light sleeper. The room was clean and decorated in what I would call ikea style. It was like living in a studio apartment. A flat screen TV was on a two-drawer chest/dresser. A wall-mounted desk had overhead shelving, a vertical cupboard, desk chair and rollout table. The kitchen section had a sink, two-burner electric range top, coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher (!) and fairly large refrigerator. There were multiple cabinets and drawers filled with practically every kitchen item you’d need: pots, pans, dishes, flatware, soap, etc. And if they’re still something you might need, chances are you can get it from the front desk. (See pic.) A full-size closet contained an iron/ironing board. No sign of a safe. The sitting area contained a loveseat, ottoman and floor lamp. The king-size bed had five pillows. The bed was a little soft, but comfortable. It was flanked by nightstands and wall-mounted lamps with electric outlets. 
The bathroom was average-sized. The vanity had lots of counter space and several drawers. And a hair dryer. The shower was quite large, taking up about a third of the room. There was wall-mounted hand soap and hair/body wash (in the shower) by ALICE & Co+ botanicals. Shower pressure and temperature were fine. TIP: Don’t be alarmed when you flush the toilet - the sound is comparable to that generated by an airplane commode. Breakfast was included with the room and was served on the 14th floor. I recently hosted a conference at the Gibson Ballroom and the staff were incredibly flexible and attentive. Catering was amazing and the event staff made sure our every need was taken care of. I worked with Cathy, Kimia, Alla, and Kuga, and they were all very kind and professional. Despite there being an issue with heating, the hotel made sure proper measures were put in place to solve this issue. The event was a huge success!

Try not being to miss breakfast, it ends promptly at 10 or 11 pn weekends. its the best variety and quality in a breakfaat buffet ive seen in a while. Hotel location is very good, directly opposite the Wal-Mart unmanned supermarket, Starbucks on the corner, close to Chinatown, Queen Street, overall good, the hotel paid for mineral water, microwave and coffee machine, but the coffee machine did not find the container. On the first day of the stay, it was the annual sleepless night of art in Toronto. Because of the good location, you can hear the sound of music faintly. People who came back at two o'clock in the middle of the night were louder in the corridor (like black people). Finally, the deposit credit card pre-authorization of 75 knives, consumption of two bottles of water, deducted 5, the front desk said will return back, has not received.

I stayed at this basement for five nights and I was very impressed by the quality and service. The basement was cozy and spotless, with a private bathroom and a comfortable bed. The location was ideal, just a few steps away from the TTC and the Bloor street, where there are many shops and restaurants. The host was very kind and attentive, always ready to assist me with anything I needed. I really enjoyed my stay and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and affordable accommodation in Toronto.

The Tv is big and with high resolution. Bed is tidied up neatly and the room is cleaned. Feel comfortable when I walk in the room. There are lotion and facial wash in the bathroom. All the furniture seems simple but great.

The hotel is very big, with ** on the first floor, a theater, and a racecourse, which is great! The room is large, the facilities are new, clean and sanitary, the transportation is convenient, there is free underground parking, and the price-performance ratio is high!

We enjoyed our family long weekend, this is an ideal location, only a few minutes shuttle to the airport. We were able to grab the shuttle to the airport each day and from there take the UP Express and GO Bus to where ever we wanted to go. The hotel staff are such a pleasure to talk to, and helpful with every little detail (thanks for the pizza place recommendation- it was perfect!) It was great having breakfast included, and they have a generous selection to choose from! We were bummed the pool isn’t operational yet, but we knew that before we went, so we are looking forward to enjoying it another time. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to anybody looking for a clean affordable hotel near the airport. Our room faced the airport and the kids were happier to watch that then the tv (thanks!) And worth noting that we were near the elevator, but it wasn’t a noise issue at all (as we’ve experienced elsewhere in the past) (Side note, we were pleased that the room temperature was consistent (and the cooling/heating system quiet!)
