Wir übernachteten leider nut eine Nacht im Bel Air Wohnwagen. Dieser war für 2 Person sehr groß und komfortabel. Auch die Toilette war sehr sauber und geräumig, besonders gefallen hat mir der Außenbereich. Zudem gibt es auf der Anlage, einen Waschraum, Spiele-Raum und BBQ. Der Mann an der Rezeption war äußerst nett und hilfsbereit, obwohl der Check-in erst um 14 Uhr war durften wir schon um 9 einchecken. Zudem hatte er uns geholfen ein Taxi zu finden. Wir wären gerne länger dort geblieben, nur die Entfernung zu den Einkaufszentren ist weit und der. Nahverkehr ist nicht besonders gut in dieser Gegend.

Very nice stay here in the retro caravan. Everything was excellent except wifi was spotty as it is located in the back corner of property.

Stayed here for a week in our motorhome with an ensuite site, oh wow very clean facilities, pet friendly, lovely staff. Two blocks from the beach flat walking, the food vans are great, grounds are kept immaculate would highly recommend this park. We will stay again for sure.

A big thank you to the team and management at Ingenia Holidays Hervey Bay, as they upgraded us to a ** villa stay due to faulty air conditioning in the Bel Air Retro Caravan. Good communications prior to our arrival and when on-site. Oh, they do have the ice cream, coffee, and food vans on-site on certain days. Overall, it is an excellent location, as it is within driving distance to places such as the Esplanade, cafes, shops, etc., an amazing and helpful team, good facilities for kids, etc. Just be mindful at night. A stranger sat under the tree at night in front of our villa, and he also left a glass the next day. We would stay here again.

Very accomodating. We got in late but they were able to set up a late check in for us. The cabin was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed.

Staff were great, place was clean and had what you needed. Though not really a really convenient place if you don’t have a car, bus stop is out the front though.
The only thing was the games room needs more work, pool play area including jumping pillow is great for kids. Overall thumbs up and we would definitely come back. :)

I pre-checked in on my drive to the location so all I needed was the key and I was in. I walked down to the beach which was only 200 easy walking metres away. The cabin had plenty of room and was well appointed.
