"Arlia sands is under new management and may not have their stuff sorted yet, but there was essentially no presence at reception the whole week we were there. The unit itself was a good size, clean and the bed was reasonable. However the walls are quite thin, so much so that you can hear the snoring next door! All in all an average experience."

"Unfortunately we only stayed one night in the Bel Air caravan. This was very large and comfortable for 2 people. The toilet was also very clean and spacious, I particularly liked the outdoor area. There is also a laundry room, games room and BBQ on site. The man at the reception was extremely nice and helpful, even though check-in wasn't until 2 p.m. we were allowed to check in at 9. He also helped us find a taxi. We would have liked to stay there longer, but the distance to the shopping centers is far. Local transport is not particularly good in this area."

"Due to some negative reviews, I was dubious about staying here, however, have to say that I have found very little to complain about. Check-in was very friendly & welcoming. Very large room with a welcome small kitchen. Spotlessly clean. Love having a couch with coffee table & lamp, something I miss in many more expensive hotels where I have to lie on the bed to read etc. The air conditioner was effective. Plenty of hot water in the shower & great pressure. Whilst the mattress was firm, I actually slept like a log! Nice view out onto the pool & garden, with small patio setup. Beautiful beach for walking right across the road & heaps of eateries well within walking distance. My only issue, really, was the intermittent wifi, however I have had worse staying at much more expensive accommodation in Hervey Bay."

"We are two couples and stayed in a Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom Superior Apartment. Plenty of space for all of us. Nice balcony where we ate breakfast. Good location with some great restaurants a short walk away. Underground Parking. I would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed in No 3 a 2 bedroom cabin & it was “Tops”.. comfortable, clean & relaxing. We booked for 4 nights and added 2 nights. Lovely pool to relax at. The best was the verandah with 2 tables and 4 seats. You could always find sun or shade♥️.. Lovely staff too."
