The Belmont

This B&B is adorable. We received such great service and welcome from the very first contact we made with Abi. Really excellent value for money. The hotel is very clean, efficiently run and comfortable. We slept so well both nights. The breakfasts were so tasty, with pretty much everything available you could wish for. Staying here made our short break really special and we’d love to book again. Would highly recommend this B&B to anyone. Just want to thank Abi for our perfect stay .

This was one of the best B&B I ever stayed in. I was there for one week with my client. Abi was so hospitable and helpful, she was very knowledgeable of the area. She gave us a lot of recommendations of where to visit and the communication was superb. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. All the amenities were available. Upon arrival in our rooms, we had home-made cookies waiting for us. The full English was amazing in addition to our breakfast we had all different types of juices, cereals, yoghurts and bars. The location was excellent. There were food takeaways around as well as a mini supermarket and it was a short walk to the seafront. It’s a home away from home experience, highly recommended.

3 of us, couple and teenage son, stayed for two nights. Abby really helpful and communicative before and during our stay. Lovely breakfast, nice big room. Could possibly do with double glazing as there is some noise from the road. Makes a great base for exploring the coast and the moors. We may well return!

What a superb stay at The Belmont Hotel in Torquay, I had the room right at the top of the hotel, self contained, very comfortable, there was even an Alexa. Breakfast was included and was a delight to come down to in the morning. Also Abi and Andy couldn’t do enough make our stay as nice as possible.

Abi & Andy put a lot of time & effort into their B&B. Lots of lovely little touches, homemade biscuits in the room, fresh milk for tea& coffee very appreciated. Clean, modern & spacious room. Would definitely stay here again xx

My friend and I had a week staying at The Belmont with our little dogs. We both really enjoyed it. Abi and Andy were so welcoming and would do anything for you. It was spotlessly clean and a lovely Breakfast every morning to look forward to. Would have no hesitation in stopping here again in the future.

Had a great stay at the Belmont, the hosts Abi and Andy are very welcoming and freindly and made my wife and I, and our dog, feel most at home. Our room, was well presented, very clean and tidy, and had all one would expect to make for a comfortable and enjoyable stay and I can recommend their full English which sets you up for the day. The location is well situated for access to the beach and town centre, which are within easy walking distance from The Belmont. We can very much recommend as a place to stay in Torquay and we would certainly stay there again should we return to the resort.

Had an excellent stay at The Belmont Hotel. The suite we stayed in was spotlessly clean. Nothing was too much trouble for Abi and Andy. Wonderful hosts, breakfast was lovely, Abi does a fab poached egg.
