Karen very welcoming and a great host, she gave us ideas of places to visit and places to eat in the evenings. The breakfast offered was excellent and catered to many. The room was well maintained and the hotel offered us a great place to relax after a busy day. Thanks we will be coming again

We visited here for the first time in August and will certainly be returning next year, along with friends this time. Cozy, comfortable and spotless room, lovely breakfast, friendly bar for evening drinks and it was lovely to meet the owner, Karen who couldn’t have been more helpful with advice about the area.

Returned back to Torquay and stayed at this lovely, modern, very clean, value for money, friendly, nothing too much trouble, fabulous breakfast hotel. Thank you Karen and Lee for an enjoyable stay. See you again soon.

I stayed here for a long weekend at the end of September. I loved it! It’s a clean, friendly place and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The breakfast was fantastic and Karen couldn’t have been more welcoming. I thoroughly recommend this place if you’re looking for a lovely, quiet and relaxing stay somewhere.

I have stayed here quite a few times, for both leisure and business. The welcome is always warm, friendly and polite, it's an absolute pleasure to stay here. The rooms are spotless, the attention to detail is obvious, the rooms are warm and cosy, the food is 2nd to none and plentiful, you won't need much more for the rest of the day if you take breakfast in the mornings. The bar is very handy and prices are reasonable, there's not many hotels you can say that about these days. I will be back here next week on a business trip so I'm looking forward to switching off after a day at work. See you soon

Stay away from this hotel is like faulty towers rude staff when checking in food was terrible bar staff was very rude the lock on room door was faulty so anyone could of broken in hot water was constantly running out no ventilation in bathroom no coking falsity beds was extremely uncomfortable room was full of dust window sill had mold so did shower room room was small and cramp no value for money here was very expensive and was not worth what i paid for the stay bar drinks was very expensive to be served by rude bar staff Avoid at all cost save your money stay else where AVOID THIS HOTEL

Rude aggregate staff that was rude on arrival no cooking facilities will go in your room and steal stuff out of your room while cleaning think the guy in the bar had been in my clothing don't stay here avoid at all cost you only get abuse on arrival and very rude staff that are very unhappy with there life

We received a lovely welcome,to be shown a great room with a four poster bed , and a massive bathroom, we had a beautiful freshly cooked breakfast every morning, hotel is well positioned for all Torquay has to offer,we will definitely be booking again next time we’re going to Torquay.Many Thanks to Karen and Lee
