A lovely B&B lots of on road parking outside, friendly and helpful staff, our room was a balcony room and was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom, tea, coffee and water in room, the breakfast was lovely and tasty. Would stay again.

Stayed for a week in September this year , English breakfast was cooked fresh to order from the day before. Plenty of cereal, fruit available. Unlimited coffee and tea. Rooms and the guest house where spotless. Beds were comfy , the owners and staff where friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Babbacombe is about 10 minutes walk one way , Torquay centre is about 15 the other. In short I can't fault the place, the staff, or the accommodation. Top Marks.

We spent a week here with friends, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was faultless, the guest house is clean and tidy, loved the residents snug we we spent some evenings having some refreshments after spending our days exploring. We will hopefully be back Trina, Pete & V are great hosts many thanks from myself, Rodger, John & Andraya

Great service, lovely breakfast each morning. Clean and tidy and easy to get around town from. The owners are friendly and clearly take care and pride in their home/business. Would definitely recommend.

We were extremely pleased when we arrived at Avron House. Our room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable and the full english breakfast was delicious, as was my wife's smoked salmon and scrambled egg. We were made to feel very welcome by Trina and Pete. The location was very useful as we were within walking distance of Babbacombe and the marina in Torquay. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wowza. A fabulous overnight stay at Avron House. A superrrrb find!!! It’s location is spot on for either seafront/bay, a simple 15min walk to either. Taxi is just £5 from Torquay train station and takes 7mins. The hosts and the gorgeous member if staff were so full of loveliness with the offer to help and the time to chat and exchange banter. This is a great touch because it showcases their passion for guests. The room was awesome, spacious, clean, bright and full of all you could possibly need. Brekky was very filling, we had a full English cooked to perfection as well as buffet style fruits, yoghurts, juices and cereals. To make their life easier we were asked to submit our cooked choices the evening before and had the choice as to the time we wanted to go down to brekky. The evening meal we took the short walk to The Babbacombe pub with stunning views and again excellent staff. This 2 day trip was BRILL !!!!!!!
