The apartment was presented in immaculate condition, access was made very easy, the owners were easy to contact providing all info and more !! would highly recommend and look forward to staying in the future !! many thanks!!

We loved the apartment, it was spotless and had everything we needed. Torquay surprised us as well - it has a lot to offer, including some excellent restaurants. We couldn't quite figure out the heating (it was too warm for us) and reverted to opening all of the windows overnight, but that's really a minor quibble. Would happily book again. p.s. don't use just park to book a space at the premier inn - the hotel do not agree to it and when we went there were no spaces. It was in fact very easy to find a space in the road but the apartment.

Awful communication from Plum Locations. Emails were misleading and led to disappointment. Do not book with this company.

We absolutely loved our 2 night stay at Astor House. The property was just perfect and the view from the lounge windows was breathtaking. A real treat. We would definitely visit again.

Check in was easy, good communications with host. Well equipped, comfortable and spacious apartment with a great view of the bay. Good value for money, especially in the off season. A car is a must as the roads are very, very steep.

Received a text stating that access codes for the property would be provided shortly after 14:00 for check in at 15:00. Phoned at 14:30 and left message. Left 2 subsequent messages with no call back or codes. Emailed at 15:20 having still not received access codes or a call back stating that if codes were not received by 15:30 I would be expecting a refund. At 15:30 left to find another hotel and just as we were about to check in there, the text with codes arrived with an email and a very incincere apology, blaming the problem on a system error. Went back to the property, by this time very cold and entered. The property itself was OK, but it was cold and took a long time to warm up, which was not at all welcoming. Delays enering meant that we missed the limited opportunity to enjoy the nice views.

Wonderful apartment. Well appointed, great quality and amazing view inside and out. Instructions were clear and the welcome pack a nice touch. Be aware that there could be a little walk with your bags - we had to park in the closest paid car park as there were no spaces on the street.

Really enjoyed my time at this place. The apartment is well looked after, comfortable, and has everything you need for an easy stay. It’s in a great spot, close to local shops and cafés, and easy to get around from. The place feels homely rather than just a rental, which makes a big difference. Plumlocations were great to deal with — friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

Great stay with Plumlocations! Our apartment had an incredible sea view (number 10) and everything we needed for a comfortable 5-night stay. Great location, very clean, comfy bed, and all the amenities! Would stay again if in the area, great value for money
