There is a place in the hotel where you can cook your own meals, but the bed in the double room is only 1.5m which is too small and is not recommended for a trip of two. Also, hotel parking is very expensive.

Parking charges $22 or threatens to tow the truck away!

It was difficult to carry suitcases up to the room on the second floor. There is no elevator. Breakfast was also free. Two people cannot take a bath consecutively. If there is no hot water and one person comes in, wait for at least 30 minutes or it will be water!

The place is very good, suitable for the whole family, but unfortunately this time I am the only one on a business trip

Average, a bit expensive

Enzo was so nice and very accommodating! Jess went out of his way to help me. I had to meet a group of 7 people from the Philippines. I only met one person. So, I asked him a favor to call me if they showed up. He did! These 2 staff are assets to the hotel. Will book again in the future.

The place was decent, but it could use some updating. It has the 80s feel per my wife. Beds were comfortable.

Over all hotel excellent except the room above me was very noisy and every time there walking the ceiling was making a terrible creaking noise that made it difficult to sleep.

Room is clean and in excellent condition also staffs are polite and provided excellent quality customer services. I booked an extra night because I felt comfortable

The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was disappointing. Rust stains in the tub and the drapes was outdated. The room had a smell and furniture was scratched and stained. The room need updating I was not comfortable enough to sleep.

Such a pleasure to stay here! The staff is more than happy to help in all ways! We will definitely be back!

Needed for a plumbing emergency at home. A little old and outdated inside. Could use newer finishings. But otherwise works.

Enjoyed the stay and all the amenities! However I wish the breakfast buffet was more inclusive when it comes to meat options. This was my second or third stay at the Residence Inn and each time there was never an alternative to pork. Other than that I would recommend!

Door didn't open on the next morning we checked in and called the front desk for help. Engineer came quickly after the call, and was fixed within the hour. after that the door worked fine throughout our week stay. Jacuzzi was great! since it was quite chilly, sometimes Jacuzzi would not be hot enough to warm myself but the temperature was nice and good to relax!
