Hotel Del Levante

We stayed in the month of August for about ten days at the Levante hotel. The structure is not very recent but well-kept and meticulously clean. Rooms with balcony. Very polite staff available for every need. Waiting times in order to enjoy a holiday. Quiet and comfortable environment. A special thanks and a note of thanks to all the entertainment guys and their manager Diego. From the mini club to the baby dance they made the little ones happy. All the entertainment guys were very polite and sweet, attentive and always available. Truly very good; keep it up. What can we say about the head animator Diego, polite, never intrusive, competent and very capable at his job. Very good at a theatrical level. Brilliant in mimicry and jokes. Equipped with an uncommon intelligence combined with a hilarious irony. Their theatrical gags that brightened up our evenings were funny and well prepared. Definitely a holiday to repeat.

It's already our second year, wonderful hotel, friendly and quick staff, divine dishes. You feel welcomed as if you were at home and you leave a little piece of your heart there. New Year's Eve always at the top, we will definitely return to relive this wonderful atmosphere!

We relied on the reviews we read and the words of the tour operator who recommended an alternative New Year's Eve at this facility... the hotel looks nice inside, clean, friendly and efficient floor staff, friendly and efficient bar staff... note painful lack of communication of a need expressly indicated by email and then reconfirmed upon arrival at the facility at the time of check-in of a vegetarian guest, between reception and restaurant... package including 2 dinners (30 and 31/12) and a lunch 01/01/2024. During the first dinner we realized that the dining room staff was not aware of this requirement, having a meat menu we were served a dish with pieces of cheese eat-in style and make it go well accompanied by the undisputed friendliness of the waiter with the phrase " there's no fish today, see you tomorrow " .. the waiter in question is not Mr. Mario who in the dinner on the 31st tried to please us given the inattention (carelessness) on the part of the kitchen in remembering for the second evening in a row that there was a vegetarian diner at the table and when we asked for a variation on the first course of meat we were served a dish disguised as making sure it was vegetarian where there were pieces of bacon inside... I would have preferred to be told that nothing could be done, but instead I received a literal mockery... Mario for his part was as astonished as we were and embarrassed by his poor performance... let's remember that this job requires professionalism and respect for the customer with particular attention to food requests, there may also be allergies with which one cannot use superficiality... I conclude by saying that we voluntarily decided not to have lunch today because we were disappointed... at check-out I tried to explain the problem to a young and inexperienced boy at the reception who dismissed me with a sorry ... positive note today for breakfast on the note at the table there was the note (1 no meat) ... well, better late than never ...

As a tour leader of Napoleone Viaggi, I had the pleasure of staying in this splendid structure with a group of 50 people who expressed their great satisfaction. A fantastic experience thanks to the professionalism, kindness and courtesy of all the staff. We were pleasantly pampered, all under the direct supervision of the owners who took care of every detail without leaving anything to chance. I hope to be able to return as soon as possible. The Levante hotel is a certainty for spending very pleasant days by the sea with all the comforts and food that is always of the highest quality, from the always fresh fish to the delicious pizzas... not to mention the always sublime desserts! My rating for the Levante hotel is 10 and praise!
