"We stayed at Canne Bianche for 5 nites while in the Puglia region. This hotel was my favorite out of our 3 weeks in Italy!!!! We had a suite that overlooked the pool and ocean, absolutely gorgeous!!! Sunrises were spectacular! Everything about this hotel is wonderful…. cozy and top notch food and service. Their staff goes above and beyond to make your stay so comfortable. I enjoyed the many cozy areas to sit to have a drink, listen to the wonderful music or even to play games or cards. Breakfast was a beautiful feast each day!!! Large number of staff so really never had to wait for any request. Would highly recommend and being right there on the water does get much better. Never stayed at a place that made you feel so welcome and comfortable! Took advantage of the spa and some treatments and was very pleased there also!"

"The hotel is good overall, clean spacious family room with lots of storage space and a balcony with clothes airer that’s handy for us to dry our swimsuits, good enough for family of 4. Bathroom and water pressure was alright but definitely need a little update. We were booked in for full board, food options was ok with fresh local produce, it could be better if the hotel can provide more varieties with meat, seafood and salad bar options. One and a half hour buffet meal time was a bit tight and rush when the restaurant gets busy specially for families with children. Food could run out pretty quickly and staff were keen to wrap up and stop replenishing at the last 20 mins. We have to praise the kids club massively as they cater for all ages with wide range of activities, very friendly and caring young group leaders full of positive energy, they encourage children to participate and make friends with each other, we can see they put lots of effort to keep kids entertained all day long. Our daughters had the best time at the resort and earned some great friendships from this stay. One last thing I would like to mention is, reception staff was quite cold and reluctant when we asked for late check out. We understand that every hotel are different with their policy, but it would be better if we were notified and made clear we need 48 hours notice if we would possibly request a late checkout upon arrival. "We relied on the reviews we read and the words of the tour operator who recommended an alternative New Year's Eve at this facility... the hotel looks nice inside, clean, friendly and efficient floor staff, friendly and efficient bar staff... note painful lack of communication of a need expressly indicated by email and then reconfirmed upon arrival at the facility at the time of check-in of a vegetarian guest, between reception and restaurant... package including 2 dinners (30 and 31/12) and a lunch 01/01/2024. During the first dinner we realized that the dining room staff was not aware of this requirement, having a meat menu we were served a dish with pieces of cheese eat-in style and make it go well accompanied by the undisputed friendliness of the waiter with the phrase " there's no fish today, see you tomorrow " .. the waiter in question is not Mr. Mario who in the dinner on the 31st tried to please us given the inattention (carelessness) on the part of the kitchen in remembering for the second evening in a row that there was a vegetarian diner at the table and when we asked for a variation on the first course of meat we were served a dish disguised as making sure it was vegetarian where there were pieces of bacon inside... I would have preferred to be told that nothing could be done, but instead I received a literal mockery... Mario for his part was as astonished as we were and embarrassed by his poor performance... let's remember that this job requires professionalism and respect for the customer with particular attention to food requests, there may also be allergies with which one cannot use superficiality... I conclude by saying that we voluntarily decided not to have lunch today because we were disappointed... at check-out I tried to explain the problem to a young and inexperienced boy at the reception who dismissed me with a sorry ... positive note today for breakfast on the note at the table there was the note (1 no meat) ... well, better late than never ..."
