Hotel a little high up for those who don't like hills 😁 otherwise everything is ok except perhaps in the evening when some people don't respect others (slamming doors, children in the corridors screaming) but hey it's the life in community.
Very welcoming staff, very clean.
Be careful if you rent a car that is difficult to park.

Very good stay, location, facilities and iodine very good, the only drawback was that we went 1 day without shower gel, when cleaning they did not take note of this.

Brilliant hotel located in a prime location near to the local nightlife but not too close so that the noise is intrusive. Friendly staff all round. Everyone was so happy and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very varied with plenty of choices of hot and cold foods. 3 pools are kept clean and spotless with plenty of loungers and sunshades. The entertainment team lead by Sally kept everyone happy in the main pool. Valentino is the main attraction though who interacted with everyone from the elderly to the children and everyone in-between. He really brought everyone together and had everyone dancing in and by the main pool including people sat watching from their balcony's. Even on his down time Valentino would stop by and say hello or give a high five. Valentino would be the deciding factor for me and my Mrs to visit again as we had so much fun with him. Hopefully we'll be able to stay again next year and have another great holiday.

Amazing hotel first time holiday I have in all my live. Food is good and also all inclusive service is good amazing views from ours room in the 6 . The entertainment is faboules like how they dance also ROMMIEBshe is sow lovely Valentin the best in compare whit everyone we definitely come back thanks Alua

Hotel is well presented and kept lovely and clean. Food options were great with plenty of choice. Pools are kept in great condition with nightly cleaning as is the pool area with plenty of sun beds and terraces to choose from. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the entertainment team (especially VALENTINO ❤️) will just make your holiday. He is so much fun around the pool, happy, energetic and so friendly. I've never seen so many people smiling and laughing watching him, he makes you want to join in but doesn't push if you don't want to. He noticed i had a bad leg an sometimes had a cast on, an he still made me feel like i was joining in from the side lines without making it obvious to everyone. He loves his job an it really shows, the hotel are very lucky to have someone so good at their an dedicated. The hotel is great but it is definitely him that would make me book again. All in all, a great holiday with plenty of laughs, smiles and a full tummy

Lovely hotel staff like at home beautiful food and hotel very clean staff work hard every day entertainment team is amazing attrition and lovely for how is your stance all the time Valentin sally Rommi they do great job I don’t remember the other name of entertainer but is ok is simple we never see him in action but the rest is amazing

Such a lovely hotel, amazing food, great entertainment around the pool and at night in the bar area. Staff are amazing, especially valentin whit best energy and smile always he is happy is the power of hotel we love him and we gonna miss him aqua gym sally also she’s is nice whit kids and everything never forget

The hotel it’s self was lovely and clean, we had a gorgeous view from our room, I was disappointed that the safe and hairdryer had to be payed to use considering the amount we payed for the holiday itself you’d think things like this would be free! The pool was lovely and the beach near the hotel was great! The food in the hotel however was not good, the breakfast was just about okay, but dinner was not good especially if your picky! We ended up eating out most nights
