Kiva,iso hotelli,jossa tilava huone ihanalla merinäköalalla!Altaassa oli vesi helmikuussakin,vaikka se oli melko viileää.
Ruoka oli hintaan nähden loistava,etenkin päivällinen! Päivällinen tosin aikoi melko myöhään lapsiperheille (klo 19.30). Kasvissyöjällekin löytyi vaihtoehtoja ja jälkiruuat oli erityisen herkullisia!
Hotellin sijainti syrjäinen,mutta kesällä varmasti hotellilla paljon tekemistä ja bussi keskustaan lähtee hotellin vierestä.Siivooja kävi päivittäin ja yleisilmekin hotellilla on siisti.
Lähistöllä ei ole juurikaan palveluita,mutta kilometrin päästä löytyy iso ruokakauppa sekä pieni ostoskeskus.Rahoille sai hyvin vastinetta!

On arrival everything looked good.
Our room was right by the lift and above the bar and entertainment.
When we entered our room the
air freshener was masking a stale, unpleasant smell.
The furniture was old and dated.
As I had requested a room with a soft mattress I immediately tried the bed, it was as hard as the floor! So I tried the sofa bed and that was nearly as bad.
We went straight back to reception and explained the bed situation. Straightaway the receptionist said they were fully booked. I did not want an extra room just swap the room but even the manager would not try to help, they even became offhand with us.
I tried to make the most of a bad deal and was awake most of the night.
We also had to endure loud music until midnight and the sound of the lift constantly.
We will never return to this hotel and would warn others to be careful when considering booking this hotel.

Nice hotel very clean and kept clean all the time we was there , food was what I expected from a Spanish all inclusive good choice of meat and fish dishes plus show cooking Marian kept the kids entertained during the day and adults at night Very warm welcome from alfredo on arrival we was in room 713 with excellent sea and pool view All staff was helpful and pleasant Especially barman Vincent the Pina colada king of torrevieja one thing to point out apart from seafront walks and one little shop nearby there is not much else to do as you are in the middle of torrevieja and la Mata and a bus stop outside will take you to either place so if it is a peaceful quiet holiday you want then this is perfect hotel for you
