"Hotel looks nice in photos. That's how it is. You can only forget the photos of a cozy roof terrace. The 1st day at the swimming pool on the roof. Terrace and bar were closed. You could get a drink downstairs at the restaurant for breakfast. And all the way up again. No music and no bar. The bar would be open on the 2nd day. But only from 4 o'clock in the afternoon. And it had Christmas music on it. And that on May 6. Staff was friendly. Rooms spacious and neat. Breakfast was good. Only the cozy roof terrace is not right. The bar is not open at all or only open at the end of the afternoon."

"The hotel is not in optimal condition. They are undergoing construction and because of the noise you cannot sleep, the elevators did not work for a while, the dryer cables were stripped, the doorbell did not work and if you want to enter the apartment a little earlier they try to get €20 even though they say that the room is empty. Too many disadvantages and imperfections."

"Booked this as a cheap base to stay while house hunting in the area. Our flight wasn't till 8.30 pm so by the time we had landed, got through passport control, got our cases and car and driven the 45 minute drive we were arriving early hours of the next day. They had given our self catering apartment away as we were a "no show". Offered us a room with two single beds but the guy saw the look on my face and gave us a double. We were so tired we took it so we could get some sleep and the next day we would take it up with reception. In the morning looking around the room the was no tea/coffee facilities, the laminate flooring was lifting, there was someone else's dirty razor holding the bathroom window shut and to get in the shower (the bathroom was so small) your legs rubbed along to side of the toilet getting in and out. Mmmm lovely. We went to reception who then offered us a self catering apartment we were meant to have but looking that was no better and it had one window in the whole apartment making it the most dark and dingy space. I was ready to find an air bnb in the area but they then gave us a 3 bed apartment in another complex. Huge improvement on what they had offered us, would benefit from some paint and basics were missing like a toaster and furniture for the balcony, tiles missing in the shower area and the shower doors didn't close properly meaning the bathroom got a bit flooded, but it was an improvement. Just to top it off my partner had just got out of the shower one afternoon and had literally just walked through to get dressed when someone opened our door and came in. The reception had given keys to another guest. We had iPhones, AirPods, money, passports in the apartment meaning someone could've just stolen what they want. I phoned through to reception and turned out they should've been given the keys to next door but didn't even give as much as an apology. Avoid!!!"

"+Great location close to the beach bars restaurants and amenities +Beach is just around the corner +Clean and modern interior +Lovely bathroom +Big bedrooms and good storage +We had a 2 bed apartment +Lounge is comfortable but is small for more than a couple of people but fine if you’re in & out most of the time +Check in was very easy with a code provided +Kitchenette had everything needed -When we arrived we noticed that the patio door handles were broken as in they didn't lock or close properly. Luckily we were on 5th floor so this wasn't much of an issue,but it's not ideal. -We had no hot water after we had showers There was only 2 of us who had quick showers We called & someone came to look at it, said they’d be back in 10 mins and didn't return so again not ideal but we was only there for 1 night so it didn’t have much impact as we was out most of the time. FYI Parking is difficult during busy times as it’s a busy area to be expected. We found a space outside straight away when we arrived but when we went out later on, it took us a good 45 mins to find a space which ended up being quite some way around the corner from the hotel. Overall was good, price was decent, location was great, a little shop a few doors down"
