Easy to find & access straight forward breakfast is extra but definitely worth it book the night before for breakfast

I expected more. Place without the feeling and atmosphere. Apartament was clean. Breakfast was just regular with only Black coffee ....not the best one. No white coffee served. You have to pay for flat white. Staff was not helpful and friendly. Not even smiley and polite. Seriously...IT could be a better place when You change some breakfast rules and train the staff how to upsale and be just nicer while working. L.

Pojechaliśmy do Torunia z zamiarem spędzenia tygodnia "z perspektywy mieszkańców". Do starówki mieliśmy 10 minut pieszo, a do zoo 20. Apartament jest bardzo czysty, nowoczesny i praktyczny. Wygodne łóżko i cicha okolica pozwalają się wyspać. Dużym plusem pokoju jest przestronna łazienka, wygodna kanapa, obszerna szafa i dobrze zaopatrzona kuchnia. W budynku nie ma recepcji, ale od 10 rano można o wszystko spytać dobrze zorientowany serwis sprzątający. Na parterze przy wejściu znajduje się kawiarnia, w której rano można wykupić śniadanie. Bardzo wygodnym rozwiązaniem były karty do pokoi zamiast klucza oraz taras z klimatycznym oświetleniem i poduszkami dostępny dla wszystkich gości. Podczas pobytu zdecydowanie nie było na co narzekać. The hotel is located not far from the historic center and is located in a quiet and safe area (among other things within sight of the police station). Unfortunately, there is a problem with parking, because at the time of our stay the street was under reconstruction, and partly it was a problem to secure parking in the garage, because the only option is to pay for a place in the garage in advance by transferring money from the account, which is not possible if you decide to stay shortly before arrival. The hotel also does not have a reception, so it is a problem to get some help on site. However, the rooms are nicely and modernly equipped, just the mattresses could be more comfortable. Best of all are the breakfasts, which are served in the bar downstairs.

This hotel is very disorganised. There is no reception so you are left alone when something doesn’t work. We stayed from 10 to 11 July 23. I wrote a review on Booking and mentioned the dusty walls. They deleted my review and replaced it with a fake one. They called me to give me 50% of my money back for deleting my review. I agreed, but they didn’t keep their word and i even couldn’t reach them on phone anymore. Double Cheaters!!!

Moderno edificio de apartamentos a unos minutos del centro de Torun. Muy bien equipados; con detalles a la entrada (agua, galletas, café…) se complementa con una buena cafetería-snack donde poder desayunar e incluso comer/cenar de forma informal. La única pega que encontré es la ausencia de ventana para aireación. Supongo que se renovará el aire por medio de la climatización. Por otro lado, la tarifa se infló a más del doble de lo habitual con motivo del evento deportivo al que fuimos.
