The front desk is friendly. The check-in is fast. The room is medium and spacious. The bed and pillows are very good. There is a view of the river on the other side. It is quite leisurely. It is very close to the old town of Torren. It is very convenient. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast items are rich, very exquisite and delicious. The restaurant building is an old house purchased from a large piece of wood. It is very tasteful. The evaluation of its restaurant is very high in the local area. There are many guests. It is really great!"

"This is a superb hotel. While slightly off the beaten track (about a 10-minute walk from the main square in the Old Town), it impressed in every way. Friendly reception, comfortable rooms, well decorated throughout, and a sumptious breakfast. I didn't try the restaurant (which looked pretty good, and was nearly full), as I fancied a walk after a long car journey. Would happily revisit."

"- beautiful accommodation in historical granary. It is in historical part of the city so you cannot park your car directly in front of the accommodation, but there is big paid parking place nearby. - breakfast is served from 9 a.m., but there are enough cafés nearby where you can eat or buy something to eat if you need or want breakfast earlier - we had maisonette apartment with river and Leaning Tower views. The apartment had full equiped kitchen with coffee and tea making equipment and big refridgerator, there were two single beds and smaller bathroom in the ground level and double bed and bigger bathroom upstairs - in case I come to Toruń again, Monka will surely be my accommodation no. 1 choice."

"What a fantastic hotel! Beautifully interior designed with exposed brickwork and cutting edge modern furniture. Huge rooms and great views both from the rooms and from the lovely roof terrace. A warm welcome from reception. Comfortable mattresses, powerful shower that doesn't spill out into the bathroom. Plenty of light coming in from big windows and a view out over Copernicus's house. The road below utterly silent at night time. The best past of all was the excellent and incredibly generous breakfast in the morning - a huge variety of healthy choices and all of the finest quality ingredients. We thoroughly recommend this luxurious but affordable hotel in Torun."
