All perfect. The ubication. Only the shower towels were not to my liking. The rest was perfect. And above all, the kindness of the receptionist Nicole, on a scale of 0 to 10, deserves a 10. Take care of her.

Hotel de cuatro estrellas que creo se conformaría con tres por la parte que le toca de las habitaciones sin reformar llamadas STANDARD que tienen defectos y deficiencias. Nos alojamos bajo petición de dos habitaciones dobles y nos instalaron en distintas plantas con la incomodidad de andar con pertenencias de una habitación a otra . El horario de comedor se realiza por tramos para evitar aglomeraciones supongo, pero siempre había cola para entrar porque hay una persona que se ocupa de ubicar a la gente en las mesas vacías y eso retrasa el acceso al comedor. Nos tocó el último tramo horario que son 45 minutos pero como nos ubicaban tarde en la mesa y no reponen según se acerca la hora de cierre hay que conform**** con lo que vaya quedando: señores, que el stress se supone se dejaba en casa...No había show por la noche, solo para los niños hasta las 23:00 horas con su música alta que en la "quinta " planta resulta molesta. De positivo tiene la ubicación y la amabilidad de las camareras del bar y de la limpieza.

Todo muy bien. Las habitaciones RENOVADAS son espectaculares y decoradas com mucho gusto. El baño tenía incluso secador de pelo con difusor!! La comida excelente. La ubicación del hotel muy buena. Tossa es un pueblo con mucho encanto. A destacar la vila medieval y su precioso casco histórico.

Chambres propres, hôtel central, prix très compétitif. Idéal pour une nuit le temps de visiter Tossa. Nous n'y serions pas restés une semaine (très loin de l'hôtel de charme) mais fonctionnel et pratique de tout faire à pied. Parking fermé et sécurisé c'est un plus, environ 18€ pour 24h

Muy bien todo en general. Buena y variada comida en el buffet, habitación amplia y confortable y buena ubicación. El personal muy amable, sobre todo las camareras de las habitaciones y las del restaurante que están en todo momento atentas para servir la bebida o recoger los platos. Café, té, cocolInas y agua de cortesía en la habitación. Bonito detalle. Repetiré.

Personal excelente, hotel acojedor con habitaciones remodeladas. Bufet de calidad y bien surtido. La idea de dedicar un dia a la tipica calçotada hizo que nos engrescaramos cinco amigo a alojarnos en el Hotel Don Juan Tossa. Escribo esta opinion pero ya advierto que es consensuada entre todos.

Hotel perfecto por ubicacion y servicio. Habitaciones y restaurante recien reformados. Personal de 10! Siempre atentos y dispuestos a que pases un fantastico fin de semana. Coincidió con una fiesta de calçotada y estava todo buenisimo. El equipo de cocina es increible!
