"The hotel is ok, but the service is quite bad. There are no people at the reception, so I communicated with them via what's up. While they claim 24h support, they don't respond in the evenings. The what's app bot is terrible: every time you start convesation, you recieve a few messages from bot, which are completely useless, connecting directly to people would have been way more convinient. Also the support itself is not great at some aspects, like I informed them in the beginning of our stay that the light above the bed works badly, like it works for short time, then it stops and asked to change the bulb, which they didn;t do during the whole duration of our stay. In some cases they were helpful, I must admit, but nothing special. The breakfasts are also quite bad and below from what you expect from 4 stars hotel (even in 3 starts in Spain I got better breakfasts). Overall, this electronic receptions feels very liveless. The condition of the hotel is also quite poor. Like there is massive hole in the ceiling in the passage close to the restaraunt, bucket under this hole and it doesn;t seem like they are going to fix it. I would not recommend this hotel."

"We had a lovely holiday at Tossa Park. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were basic but well equipped; we had everything we needed. The pool was clean and maintained every day. Just a short, flat walk to the beach with a supermarket next door. For us it was perfect and we will definitely go back and would highly recommend!"

"ALL THE STAFF at this hotel are amazing! They are all super helpful, and go beyond their remit, they were always on hand if needed. Our room was very comfortable, we had zero issues, we also had comfy beds which is always a bonus. The rooms were cleaned regularly to a high standard. Reuben and the reception staff were very helpful and cheery. The dining room staff were very efficient in their duties. Also very friendly. The food was good. The bedrooms were cleaned to a high standard. The cleaning staff were lovely. A large supermarket directly opposite the hotel, was handy if you want to grab treats for kids etc, very reasonable prices too! A nice place to wander around is the Old Town. Lots to see and take photos. All in all a lovely holiday for all."

"I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the beautiful interior design, peaceful atmosphere, and warm hospitality. The staff were extremely polite and attentive, making sure every guest felt comfortable. The food was exceptional, with every dish perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail were evident in every bite. This restaurant truly offers a luxurious dining experience that is difficult to find elsewhere."

"We received the warmest of welcomes followed by a full tour of the beautiful house and gardens. An early check-in was facilitated, unprompted. The facilities are first class especially the gardens and social spaces which are furnished with comfortable beds and chairs. The outdoor sauna is free. Bedrooms are tastefully furnished and all the indoor spaces are very inviting. The breakfast was varied and faultless. The employees that we met were courteous and accommodating. Do not hesitate to book. A return visit is planned for the spring. Thank you to all in Casa Granados. Returning guests to this hotel recommended Hotel Capri for dining when Can Sophia is closed."

"Currently at the hotel but no one is picking up the phone, haven t met a manager and no one has been responding to my email prior to my arrival so I want to share my experience here. This is not an hotel for families. It takes about 15mn of sportive walk up the hill with a buggy with multiple stairs and a long wait at the funicular to get from your room to the rest of the resort (pool, beach, restaurant). If you have a pram, prepare yourself to carry it a lot as the golf car of the resort is never sent to your room (sorry, it’s busy for the moment - so even when anticipated 15mn before you need to leave, you still end up walking). The room is not cleaned everyday (even tho you chase the reception mid afternoon about it). The hotel is like a low cost airline: you have to pay for loungers (unless you are ok to be 3mn walk from the beach on the upper terrace). There is not even 1/2 of the loungers with umbrellas by the pool to push you to purchase the front line loungers for 100€. The beach has 15-20 loungers at the back but again you’ll have to pay 30€ to use it until 6pm (not great when your baby naps during the hot hours of the day. The indoor pool is also an additional charge of 15€ per person (not for kids) and the car park 25€ per day. Mini golf is 2€ each. Coffee must be pay in card, cannot be added to your room. The restaurant but the beach serves you under cook fish and steak with cold side (everyday since our arrival) and the music is crazy loud from mid afternoon so you cannot even chill mid afternoon there or by the pool, very tacky. They have activities like paddle exploration that are already booked 7 days in advance so too bad if like us, no one respond to you email prior to your stay and you are here only for one week. Nothing is easy and relaxing. Big disappointment especially for a relaunch of a brand that calls itself high end. I don’t recommend."
