Super séjour, Hôtel très propre personnel très accueillant et hôtel très bien situé près de tous commerce près de la plage et avec de très belles rando dans les petites calanques. J’y reviendrai sûrement et je le conseil à tous mes amis. Le prix est très correct et les repas très bons

Another return visit to the Neptune. We love it here. The food is very good and the staff try so hard to make your stay a positive experience. Our room didn't have such a spectacular view but it was quiet and was cleaned to a high standard every day. Thankyou all for a pleasant stay at hotel Neptuno.

Nous avons passé un séjour sur le long week-end de mai. Nous étions 5, nous avons réservé deux chambres, une pour deux et une pour trois. Elles étaient à côté comme demandé lors de la réservation au 4eme étage (407 et 408) Chambres très calmes et isolées nous permettant d’être « entre nous ». La chambre pour trois était très bien car elle était composée de deux espaces. L’hôtel est très propre et le personnel accueillant. L’hôtel est très bien placé. Les repas corrects. Le bar de l’hôtel très bien pour boire un apéro avant le dîner. Nous avons même eu deux soirée avec des animations musicales. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont sympas, et si vous avez la chance d’avoir un lit balinais la sieste y est tres agréable. Le seul point négatif est le parking complet si on n’a pas réservé. À Tossa Del Mar il est compliqué de se garer gratuitement si on n’a pas de chance. Il y a des parkings payant 10 euros la journée. Un agréable séjour.

Trattasi di un albergo vicino alla stazione degli autobus (dopo la villa stile Bauhaus purtroppo tutta abbandonata e trasformata in parcheggio) all´ingresso della zona pedonale e non lontano dal mare (circa 10 minuti a piedi). La particolarita´ dell´albergo sta nell´arredamento molto particolare con pezzi unici tra orologi a pendolo, cassapanche, quadri, candelabr, armature di cavalieri ecc. che lo rendono una specie di museo unico nel suo genere. L´albergo pur essendo del gruppo GHT con questo ha un´impronta d´unicita´. La stanza che mi fu inizialmente assegnata era rumorosa ma per fortuna il giorno successivo mi fu assegnata un´altra che non aveva questo problema. Il cibo era accettabile ma non straordinario. A colazione mancava il te´biologico e pane biologico. Il cibo biologico in generale non e´molto diffuso in Costa Verde ed e´difficile da trovare anche nei supermercati. C´e´una piccola piscina e una jacuzzi all´aperto dove ho trovato sempre molta gente ma per me spendere le vacanze in piscina e´inconcepibile percui non posso esprimermi. L´unico neo era il diffusore di profumo posto all´ingresso che emanava un fumo che dal mio punto di vista e´tossico motivo per cui ci passavo davanti in apnea.

Best room in the hotel, food was mediocre but the hotel was lovely and clean, friendly staff, would stay here again, pool was cold but refreshing, lovely old worldy feel to the reception area, close to shops and main beach area, beds made up each day.

Gute Lage am Rand der Altstadt, keine Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel (nur zur Miete ca. 100 Meter entfernt). Sehr nettes Team. Zimmer okay (und hellhörig wie fast überall), aber nur wenige Zimmer mit Meerblick. Dreimal in der Woche gute Livemusik, die sonstige Beschallung am Pool etc. ist etwas intensiv.
Bitte mehr Kaffeemaschinen!

Pour Hôtel tout à fait conforme aux attentes, même si il est un peu vieillot, et un personnel très accueillant. Pour une famille de 4 personnes, les chambres familiales du 5ème étage sont idéales, spacieuses et calmes. Restaurant très acceptable.

Warm welcome. Lovely clean and peaceful hotel. Fantastic food, including gluten free options. Reasonably priced bar. Nice location. Kind staff. Pool area mostly shady. Bedroom comfortable, including fridge for hire. Very relaxing background music!
