Dans l’ensemble tout c’est bien passé, je déplore juste une certaine vétusté dans la salle de bain ( tache suspecte dans et autour de la baignoire, robinetterie branlante,…) pour le reste tout été bien. Les personnes à l’accueil été tres professionnel et sympathique

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel in a great location but quite old and everything very small - lobby, rooms and lift. Not much space in the bathroom. Good for a few nights only.

L'accueil est 24h/24 , toujours souriant et de bon conseil. La situation est idéale 2mn du métro et de l'office de tourisme, 3 mn de la place du Capitole. La chambre est confortable avec une penderie suffisante pour un séjour de 5 nuits. Des boissons non alcoolisées sont offertes dans le minibar. Une machine expresso est gracieusement mise à disposition pour un café rapide avant excursion. Je ne trouve aucun point négatifs

Very well located in the heart of gastronomic and cultural Toulouse. Very friendly and efficient welcome. The rooms are correct without being very spacious. A favorite for the one on the 5th floor with terrace and view of the roofs of Toulouse!

This hotel has lost its luster despite the renovation and 4* is surprising 3* or 2* would be better because the breakfast is in the ba*****t, the rooms are very small, the elevator two people and a small suitcase finally not up to par for the price too bad the exterior is still beautiful and it is so well located.
