The staff were so welcoming, kind and were so patient with me when I tried to conduct the check-in in French for practice. They stayed in French and were happy to repeat and speak slowly - thank you so much for your kindness! They also showed us the room and facilities personally, which was a lovely, welcoming touch. The room was comfortable and clean. Especially the bed was very comfortable. Good-size, hot shower I the en-suite bathroom. Good location, walkable to train station and central areas. The breakfast was also very good quality, and highly recommended. We would happily stay here again."

Parking is free, and there's a cable car at the back that seems to offer access to the mountain, which is quite beautiful."
