Tres bien placé au calme, situé juste derriere le parc Compans Caffarelli et le jardin japonais. Toures les commodités à proximité de l hôtel à pied : metro a 5 min a pied, centre commercial , bus, canal du midi a qq min et si on vient par le périphérique c est à qq min en voiture de la sortie du périph.
L’hôtel est très propre, la chambre aussi. Le personnel est très aimable et souriant notamment le responsable en salle du restaurant de l hôtel.
Restaurant : dommage que le choix sur la carte ne change pas plus souvent. Sinn de bons produits frais, et plats copieux. La salade césar énorme, magnifique, excellente et tres bien présentée.

Un petit bémol les chaines télé : pas accès à toutes les chaines qd ns y étions et comme c était le we la personne qui s en occupe n etait pas présente

The person at my check out was really disrespectful, aggressive, inconvenient and spoke badly 😣. she chased us down the hall before check-out time, supposedly we were trying to escape without paying the bill for breakfast the night before (just a croissant and a coffee, by the way) I explained to her that I was just doing a lap !!! She didn't want to, she was hounding me, it looks like she knew me from the start. Customer service to review because frankly 0/100 this level they have no respect.

More work to do to warm the atmosphere of the lobby and the rooms. I could not control the room temperature. The area is quiet and don't expect to find shops or restaurants around although you are in the city center. I was unfortunate to have my room window giving on a wall.

Les plus + Accueil à l'arrivée sympathique. :) + Une chambre confortable. + Une salle de douche agréable (avec WC séparés). + Petit déjeuner (en buffet) copieux. + Emplacement de l'hôtel chouette car à côté du jardin japonais. + Une piscine ouverte en mai. + Check-out rapide le dernier jour. Les moins - Pas beaucoup de place autour de la piscine. - 200 Euros bloqués sur la CB (pour accélérer cependant le check-out).
