The room is terribly boring whole room painted white. 1 small bed. 1pillow. Small table and chair. I glass on the toilet. Liquid soap for shower. That’s it. Totally empty of any other things

Poor breakfast (quite usual for France overall)
Strange smell in the room going from the kitchen, I had to ventilate the room for a couple of hours to get rid of it.
Good location just in front of the railway station, 10 mins walk from the center. Room was soundproof, I was able to sleep in spite of the noisy road behind the window.

房間隔音不錯，儘管是臨街的房子，關窗後基本聽不到外面的聲音。早餐還可以，有鮮榨橙汁。房間裏沒有小冰箱，但酒店讓我們把買的東西放到了他們廚房的冰箱裏，很貼心。工作人員親切有禮。
另外，房間裏也沒有熱水壺。

Stayed here for 3 nights 9/4/24 to 12/04/24, great location, Deanna was excellent, helped us with places to visit and for restaurants. Nice being able to get a complimentary hot drink in reception area,they also put out cake and sweets in the afternoon for guests to have. Hotel is just across from the train station and so central we walked everywhere, we also did the bus tour. Would definitely stay here if back in Toulouse anytime. Was in room 204 which looked across to the station.

Fabulous location, close to train station and may cafes and restaurants. Super friendly staff. Our room had an odd layout - the toilet was in a small room, separate from the shower and sink. Overall would highly recommend this place.

Personnels de l accueil aux étages souriants et compétents. Chambre parfaite au calme. Propre. Excellent rapport qualite/prix, face à la gare. Serviabilité et écoute si besoins spécifiques. Établissement en cours de rehabilitation.

13/02/2024. Très bon emplacement, chambre spacieuse. Hôtel très propre et cerise sur le gâteau le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable. Le déjeuner est frais et copieux, et des collations sont en libre service h24. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter
