The old building in the city center is very romantic; there is a restaurant in the hotel that is highly recommended

Beautiful in every way . The staff are so welcoming and are the perfect guides of places to see, we had the most amazing lunch at Marche Victor Hugo thanks to the team recommendation Rooms are opulent, amenities perfect and to have the bar open late a night for that evening drink after dinner is perfect Location is literally walking distance to the very cool restaurant scene and a short cab to centre of town.

Marvellous hotel, very good situation in the town. Anyway we booked a spa on sunday the 7th of April and they called us to cancel the spa on friday ... without traying to get someone else to do the massage ... it was a gift and I was very disappointed. No one could do it ... weard for a 5 stars hotel... What a pitty

My stay was memorable from start to finish. The staff and service were impeccable. From the reception to the spa, everything was perfect. Unfortunately I didn't have time to try the restaurant, but I won't miss it on my next visit. The hotel is also very well located, making it easy to visit Toulouse. Thank you all for making this stay unforgettable. I will come back without hesitation for a second.

Rather warm welcome which promised a quality room. But it was disillusionment from the moment we entered the door... What was our surprise when we noticed the marks on the doors, the walls and the creaky bed. The more time spent in the room the longer the list grows from lack of sockets to grainy sheets. After a rather mediocre night in shabby bedding and see-through curtains, the leaky shower was a nice surprise creating a pool in the bathroom (which wouldn't disappear for several hours). An early morning coffee would not have been refused, but it was an added disappoin**ent to find that the coffee maker did not work. It’s a shame that the room is not up to par with the hotel and the services offered.
