Best hotel in Toulouse. Good services friendly people great restaurant. Very well located five minutes walk from Capitol. Room very clean and great view.

Our room was noisy and gave on a parking lot, not what one would expect from one of the most expensive hotels/rooms in Toulouse.

Marvellous hotel, very good situation in the town. Anyway we booked a spa on sunday the 7th of April and they called us to cancel the spa on friday ... without traying to get someone else to do the massage ... it was a gift and I was very disappointed. No one could do it ... weard for a 5 stars hotel... What a pitty

Mon séjour fut mémorable du début à la fin. Le personnel et le service étaient impeccables. Depuis la réception jusqu'au spa, tout était parfait. Je n'ai malheureusement pas eu le temps d'essayer le restaurant, mais je n'y manquerai pas lors de mon prochain séjour. L'hôtel est par ailleurs très bien situé, ce qui permet de visiter Toulouse facilement. Merci à tous d'avoir rendu ce séjour inoubliable. Je reviendrai sans hésiter une seconde.

Accueil plutôt chaleureux qui promettait une chambre de qualité. Or ce fut la désillusion dès le pas de la porte… Quelle fut notre surprise en constatant les traces sur les portes, les murs et le lit grinçant. Plus du temps passé dans la chambre plus la liste s’allonge entre le manque de prises et les draps granuleux. Après une nuit plutôt médiocre dans une literie minable et des rideaux transparents, la douche qui fuit fut une belle surprise créant une piscine dans la salle de bain (qui ne disparaîtra pas avant plusieurs heures). De bon matin un café n’aurait pas été de refus, mais ce fut une déception de plus en constatant que la cafetière ne fonctionne pas. Dommage que la chambre ne soit pas à la hauteur de l’hôtel et des services proposés

Hotel de lujo bien ubicado , personal amable. Milena en recepción y Max nos orientaron en todo , súper amables . Habitaciones amplias y modernas. Con baño grande lo cual se aprecia en Europa .una decoración moderna y acogedora. Desayunos súper completos y muy amables las personas que te atienden.

Le personnel est charmant, l’hôtel magnifique et extrêmement bien situé. Malheureusement, l’entretien et la propreté laissent à désirer. Il est incroyable dans un tel établissement de se retrouver avec une salle de bain dont les lavabos sont bouchés et recrachent des saletés… De plus, malgré le signalement du problème, le personnel n’est pas intervenu pour le résoudre…
