Too bad the hotel is noisy (street noise!) and that the bedding is two beds pushed together!! To make a double bed! 😡

Hotel with character, Christophe impeccable at reception, and what can we say about Marisol, a rare pearl. Smiles and services À ++ Shower products…superior quality. Comfortable room, limited toilet space. Incredible breakfast, nothing is missing and the service is top notch. Unfortunately due to exterior renovation our bedroom window was boarded up 🥴. Perfect hotel location.

A nice address in the city center. This hotel has recently been renovated and it shows. The decor is neat, the giant TV screens, the cleanliness is impeccable, the bedding is of good quality and the breakfast is excellent. The staff is warm and efficient. However, you have to love old houses because everything is crooked (the rooms), the narrow corridors with steps everywhere, it goes up and down a lot. You should also not be a light sleeper because the sound insulation of the rooms overlooking the Cours Jean Jaurès leaves something to be desired and it is really noisy. New Accor offer in the center of Toulouse in a beautiful old building, completely renovated in a chic, elegant and relaxed style. Very friendly welcome and staff. Requests respected. It's always nice. Superior room with a view of the Jean Jaurès aisles, cozy because it is not very large. Finally, adjustable air conditioning that allows you to have the desired temperature! Pretty decoration, comfortable bedding, bottle of water, original herbal teas, Nespresso coffee maker, dimmed lighting possible, beautiful television.
