Very good hotel and friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast area is a little small but there is still plenty of choice! Possibility of having breakfast in the room.

The staff is unfriendly, we arrived for one night in this hotel, two photos prove that the rooms contain dilapidated items in their bathroom. The next day we left, I left my luggage from 10 a.m. to around 4 p.m. The staff when I returned said nothing to me and that day I received a message telling me that I had broken the articulated arm of the bathroom even though it already was and that they charged me 150 euros with my card. The bathroom had splinters in the sink, a broken shower corner, shower doors that don't slide and what's more you accuse us of having broken the mirror. You are crooks! Sarah the manager who made the decision is a scammer, I have booked more than 300 hotels and they are the first scammers I have encountered. A hotel that doesn't call, that doesn't say it to your face

Comfortable bed, well-equipped room (a small fridge for example) but quite small however. Very calm. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Well-stocked breakfast. Close to the station, the metro, the city center, it is really well located.

Very nice home. Comfortable bedding, quiet, cleanliness. We rested . Hotel located in the center of Toulouse, a magnificent city. Very good breakfast. We will definitely return to this hotel the next time we return to Toulouse.

The hotel is a bit on the outskirts of the city but it is easy to get to the center on foot. The hotel is small but comfortable and clean with very helpful employees. Excellent breakfast. It pleasantly caught our attention that the girl on the night shift told us that there is a nightclub next door, she went out to recriminate those who made a fuss or spoke loudly to protect the guests' sleep, five points for that girl!
