Poor hygiene, service, and overall experience. The elevator can only accommodate one person, and the environment is really bad! Breakfast is even worse.

Very clean and hygienic. The service is attentive. It's close to the fruit seller. It's close to the party. The price is not high. It's cost-effective. The stay is comfortable and nice. It's not far from the airport. It's nice. It's really a good hotel.

Dans un environnement pas très glamour, mais pratique pour qui veut être à deux minutes de l'université Toulouse Jean-Jaurès et à cinq minutes du métro. Un Ibis au confort trois-étoiles standard avec un bon petit-déjeuner. Le rapport qualité-prix est très convenable.

In general, the hotel has all the amenities and although it is close to the metro, which is very good, it is very isolated from shopping centers or places to go out to eat. Furthermore, I am a wheelchair user and to go from the subway to the hotel and vice versa, there is no fully accessible route, I must do part of it on the street, because the hotel's sidewalk does not have any ramp. In another area, on the last day we found a large spider, apparently it was biting me but I hadn't realized it.

It is very good if you have activities in the area such as at the university, otherwise the center and other attractions may be far away although the metro is very close. Thank you for the attention and the delicious food
