Quand nous avons pris notre chambre elle était sale… on ne se sentait même pas de rester ici manger alors que c’est pour cette raison que nous avions pris cette location. Quand nous avons ouvert le canapé il y avait des miettes dans le matelas. Et puis dessous le canapé il y avait le reste…. Au pied de celui-ci du gras avec des cheveux collés dedans…. Horrible La réceptionniste nous a changé de chambre et fait cadeau des taxes de séjours…. Après lui avoir montré les photos elle n’a même pas voulu entrer dans la chambre pour vérifier mes dires… Dommage en cette période de Covid…. On peut vraiment se poser des questions sur le protocole sanitaire….

ne pas se fier aux photos, l’hotel est miteux, la propreté laisse à désirer, le petit dej est très basique. impossible d’avoir une assiette, il faut attendre que d’autres voyageurs les libèrent… les horaires d’accès à la piscine sont trop restreints bref, a éviter….

Je sui rentrer alla part à 2h du matin avec mes 2 enfants et ma copine on a oublié le badge dant la chambre et donc personne qui répond au téléphone franchement nul et met enfants c'était pire pour eux

This is a very basic hotel but was very functional and clean. The room was large and with small kitchen. It is in an industrial area so no nearby restaurants but as we were driving to Spain we had our own transport. The reception is manned up to 8pm which was touch and go for us but we made it in time. I did message the hotel through *********** asking for out off hours number as it was unlikely we would arrive before 8pm and if they could provide an out of hours number which we would call 30mins from our arrival. Hotel replied with a welcome message but no details what to do if we arrived after 8pm. The continental breakfast was much better than expected with unlimited tea, coffee and orange juice. I found staff at the reception very helpful and friendly. Parking was secure and plentiful Would definitely book this hotel again

Cet établissement est décevant, le mobilier de la chambre est vétuste (peinture des meubles très abîmée, poignées de placards et portes ne sont pas bien fixées). La propreté n'est pas au rendez-vous, mouches dans le bac à couverts, vaisselle sale, je vous passe les photos de l'état du sol sous le canapé quand nous avons mis les draps... après réclamation à la réception juste des excuses pas de geste commercial, dommage !
