Very close to the train station, but outside of the sketchy neighborhood around Rue de Bayard. Friendly staff, English is no problem. A good on-site breakfast, crafted to order. Room is not huge, but has everything you need.

This is a lovely little hotel which I try to use every time I visit Toulouse and it’s right opposite the Matabiau rail and bus stations. The staff are really helpful. The rooms are small but are spotless, comfortable and quiet. The lift might be a challenge with lots of luggage though!! Highly recommended.

Photos non représentatives chambre sois disant confort à 96€ avec parking (sans frais payé directement) matelas très inconfortable et dur , forte odeur d urine dans les toilettes, baignoire écaillée, une serviette à main et une autre de taille moyenne pour deux ! Odeur de nourriture dans les couloirs car des personnes vivent dans l hôtel à vacation sociale . Quartier de la gare et des SDF bar à *****-teaseuse.... Le seul point positif le jeune homme a la réception très agréable !

Wir haben zwei mal für eine Übernachtung bezahlen müssen, da es keine Quittung ausgehändigt wurde. Das Personal ist unfreundlich. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht. Wir wurden nicht darüber informiert, dass das Frühstück im Preis miteingerechnet wurde. Somit haben wir kein Frühstück gehabt obwohl wir es bezahlt haben. Dieses Hotel kann ich bei besten Willen nicht weiterempfehlen.

La chambre était confortable, très propre. L'accueil très agréable. Le seul petit bémol, le petit-déjeuner avec un choix restreint et le volume élevé de la télévision dans la salle du petit-déjeuner. Situation idéale pour qui voyage en train.

Pour les points positifs de cet hotel vous avez l emplacement qui est très bien desservi , en face de la gare Matabiau et a proximité du centre ville mais pour le reste, les chambres sont vraiment très médiocre, pour le petit déjeuner quand la majorité des hôtels sont revenus au buffet , il profite encore du covid pour vous proposez après avoir noté sur un cahier, seulement un croissant par ci un œuf par là pour faire des économies sur le dos des clients.C est vraiment honteux....

A eviter! Attention - ils font des scenario a la reception - se cashent losrque vous leur demandez la facture. Absurde. Personne ne va vous assister pour savoir le nom du réceptionniste! Comment c'est possible dans une ville d'Europe?

Je recommande cet hôtel calme, très propre, bien placé près du métro et du centre ville . Ces commodités en font un lieu recherché. L'accueil est chaleureux et plaisant, la réservation par mail fonctionne parfaitement.
