Hôtel confortable, très bien situé pour découvrir Toulouse : plein centre, proche des boutiques, proche des restaurants et de tout ce qui se visite : monuments, quai Garonne. Accueil adorable des réceptionnistes , literie de qualité, chambre calme.

First be warned - if you have mobility issues this place may not be for you. There are no lifts and access to the room floors is up some spiral stairs. We are an older couple. Yoann toted our very heavy bags up and down the stairs as required to check in and out. The parking situation can also be strange, but not unusual for French Hotels, as we found out (we didn't reserve in advance and parked in a public lot (Esquirol) a couple of short blocks away). The Hotel is decorated with lots of interesting and fun art work. The bed and room were very comfortable and clean. The staff brings you a very generous continental breakfast every morning (they make their own yogurt!). To a person the young staff was very helpful and cheerful. They all clearly seemed to love their city and love working at the hotel. They are of course willing to help with things like restaurant recommendations and reservations. The Hotel is located a short walk from Place St. Georges, where there are many dining options. All in all, we had a really good time in Toulouse and a great stay at the Hotel Des Arts.

Superbe accueil de l’ensemble de l’équipe de l’hôtel, des conseils de visites et de restaurants très pertinents. Une attention de tous les instants. Chambre très agréable, salle de bain spacieuse. Fantastically positioned small boutique styled/sized hotel in a great area of Toulouse. Room was of a good size, quiet with a very comfortable bed. The standout recommendation however, would be the super helpful staff that are friendly and available to make your stay a welcome and memorable one. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Accueil toujours attentionné par un personnel charmant et sympathique Chambres authentiques et typiques avec une literie très confortable Petit-déjeuner excellent et servi en chambre à l'heure de son choix. Et enfin un hôtel situé en plein cœur du centre historique de Toulouse The place to be, c'est pourquoi j'y reviens très régulièrement 🤗🥰

Charming staff and decor. Breakfast was so good. I can't thank them so much for finding some amazing gluten free bread. They went out of their way to help us when we had to find our way to the hotel and the parking lot after an exhaustive drive (freeway was closed and it took us 6 hours to get from Pont du Gard to Toulouse - double the time than normal). The service was beyond belief. Thank you so much.
