Before booking the Toulouse Hotel, I arrived late at night, so taxi transportation was ambiguous, so I called the hotels to ask, but the staff's kindness was different from other hotels, so I made a reservation right away. Even after booking, when I asked about various things, he answered very kindly, and this kind of kindness was melted throughout the hotel, so it was a very satisfying stay. I recommend it!!

It seems that nearly everything I want to see in Toulouse is within a five to ten minute walk of this hotel. I had stayed here two years ago and came back here during this visit to Toulouse for its location and its amazing breakfast. Before my trip I also made restaurant reservations, both within a very few minutes walk of this hotel. Food tourists should also visit the Marché Victor Hugo just down the street.

Booked based on the TA reviews, we were not disappointed. We stayed two nights. Rooms were clean & nicely refurbished with very good quality beds. The size of room was quite small much like London hotels but cosy. The bathroom again good quality but lacked any soaps, flannels or shampoos so bring your own. Could have done with additional hooks for your night clothes and somewhere to dry the towels and place your shower gel etc when in the lovely big walk in shower. The room had no tea & coffee making facilities but when requested the weekend night manager very kindly supplied us with a kettle & some milk. We did have one breakfast although nice was overpriced and offered no real fruit, melon, peaches etc for a continental at £13.00 pp. The building was made of two houses joined together & had loads of character and has been nicely restored. The staff were probably the best part of the hotel with all speaking beautiful english and extremely polite and friendly.

Tout d'abord un accueil cordial avec un petit verre de cocktail de fruits maison, bien rafraichissant par ce temps chaud, puis un hôtel agréable, calme avec un chambre simple bien organisée. Un point de plus pour la préoccupation pour la planète! Enfin petit déjeuner copieux et excellent . bref rien a redire et tout à conseiller . En plein centre à deux pas de la place du capitole
