The hotel is in the perfect location, right in the center of the city. The rooms are clean and the staff is very attentive. The shops and restaurants are close to the hotel and also the tourist attractions. I would recommend the hotel with any doubt.

Hôtel bien situé près du parking Victor Hugo, des halles et du centre ville. Très bon accueil, personnel très sympathique.
Dommage que la chambre pour 2 soit un peu petite très peu de place pour circuler et très mal insonorisée. Pour une ou deux nuits c'est suffisant.

Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute, hôtel à dimension humaine et familiale Chambre tout à fait correcte ainsi que la douche et les sanitaire Petit déjeuner basique mais frais et bon ce qui est essentiel Très bon emplacement pour divaguer à pied ou pour prendre le métro et parking pour voiture en face Très bonne expérience, à renouveler Je recommande sans nul doute

Excellent location for everything to see in Toulouse. Comfortable room with new shower room. Continental breakfast excellent with good choice of food available and a good price. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Good welcome and excellent night porter, good location in town and very practical with parking really close and advantageous for the price of parking. The room with 1 socket and a 3 plug extension placed in the bin in front. The shower has no curtain and long hair in the shower drain before I even showered. Then no edge to the shower tray which was more than small. So for my 1m93 boyfriend the shower quickly ended in disaster because there was water all over the floor. Clearly I’m angry about the shower but knowing that I asked for a bath…. Otherwise pretty good for the price
